About this venue
Welcome. Nestled riverside at the edge of Guerneville in Sonoma’s wine rich Russian River Valley, Dawn Ranch is a virtual natural preserve. As a Sonoma wine country escape, Dawn Ranch is authentic, historic and unique. The property meanders over 15 lush acres of ancient giant Redwoods, vintage apple trees, flowing creeks, and native meadows. Fully renovated sophisticated cabins and cottages from 1905 cluster the landscape but leave ample room to exist peacefully amid nature.

Dawn Ranch
This was supposed to be the most exciting time of my life, Dawn Ranch made it the most miserable time of my life. My husband & I were excited for it to be over, which is terrible to say.

No, due to our liquor license covering all 15 acres, any alcohol must be sourced through and served by Dawn Ranch.
Yes, there is enough parking in our lot for guests staying on site. There is additional free street parking within direct walking distance for any overflow.
Yes, we have an elevator to our Lodge, two fully-compliant ADA cabins, paved pathways throughout property, and a ramp leading into our Boathouse event space.
The site fee covers exclusive use of the property from noon Friday to noon Sunday of a wedding weekend. Event times vary between 2 and 8 hours.
The couple is not required to obtain event insurance, but all vendors must provide a COI with general liability coverage.
We are located about 1.5 hours from SFO or OAK and about 20mins from Sonoma County's Airport, STS.
Yes, all cabins are required to be rented for Friday and Saturday nights.
No, cabins are additional to the site fee.
No, Dawn Ranch Lodge is the required caterer for all on-site meals, with the exception of dessert. Dessert can be brought in from an outside vendor.
