The Meritage Resort and Spa has onsite parking available for your guests. Fees apply for overnight parking: $10 per car per night for self-parking and $20 per car per night for valet parking.

Yes, we include a complimentary menu tasting for the couple and their wedding planner. You may bring additional guests for a fee. Your event manager will be present.

Yes, a complimentary one bedroom/studio suite is included in your package for any night during your schedule of events at The Meritage Resort and Spa.

Any outdoor event must end by 10:00 pm. However, you can utilize indoor spaces until 1:00 am. Any additional hours past the six hours included in your package requires an hourly fee.

A 50% payment is due at signing and two payments of 25% are due leading up to the month of your event. We gladly accept debit/credit card, ACH (direct bank transfer) or check. All deposits are non-refundable.

If a cancellation occurs 0 to 30 days prior to the event date, 100% of the banquet food and beverage, guest room and event space rental costs will be due. If a cancellation occurs 31 to 90 days prior to the event date, 90% will be due. If a cancellation occurs 91 to 180 days prior to the event date, 80% will be due. If a cancellation occurs 181 to 340 days prior to the event date, 70% will be due. If a cancellation occurs between the time of the contract signing and 340 days prior to the event date, 50% will be due.

Yes, you can bring a cake from an outside vendor. There is a $5 per person cake cutting fee.

There is a $35 per bottle corkage fee, we allow 2 cases of 750ml bottles.

You will be introduced to your personal event manager who will guide you and your wedding planner through the process.
