Our wedding at Blenheim Hill was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we went on our first venue tour to wedding weekend, the staff of Blenheim Hill was communicative, professional and organized. The roadmap they use is a great resource that helps keep you organized through the wedding planning process. We loved having a full weekend at the farm. The service, hospitality, food and drinks were amazing. We dealt with a rainy wedding day and the staff worked with us to ensure a perfect ceremony and reception. We could not have asked for more!

I don't think there's a word in the English language that can express how perfect our wedding day was. Let me start from the very beginning: After many days of visiting venues, and sorting through reviews, we found our favorite, Hiland Park. Dan who runs the wedding services met us, showed us around, and introduced us to the Hiland Park brand and it was everything we wanted and more. As soon as you drove your car onto the grounds, you knew it was a top-notch place. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The renovations (aka the entire place) were modern with an elegant flair, yet little touches of history were scattered throughout the property, especially in the bar and cocktail hour area. We wanted a wedding with great food (not mediocre by any means) and Hiland blew us away with the selection. We picked a plethora of foods for the cocktail hour and curated our dinner menu with ease. Hiland Park ensured our guests would be well *hydrated* by only offering a top-shelf bar (liquor, wine, and beer) for the entire reception and cocktail hour. You aren't suffering from lower-tiered alcohol packages, there is one and only one. Easy choice! Our attendees (and my wife and I) are still raving about the food. The staff, as they deserve their own paragraph. Holy Toledo, we were blown away by the attentiveness of the staff. Every detail of the day was spot on and their attentiveness to ensure it was perfect and never faltered. Everyone had a smile on their face. Dan really takes care of his employees, and they really take care of the business. We haven't seen this type of service in all of our life. They were a major reason our day was so successful. The kitchen staff and chefs blew our already high expectations out of the water with some of the best food that ever grazed our palates. The bartenders were speedy, and aces at what they did. The servers and bride/groom attendants were some of the kindest people in the world, and they took their jobs very seriously. With a wedding of 180 guests, they served everyone a piping hot dinner in 10 minutes...unheard of. Our photos came out perfectly. The scenery was stunning! We wanted an indoor/outdoor vibe, and Hiland had this wonderful patio with heaters, a fire pit, a gazebo, etc. so our guests could choose to be indoors or out. At the base of the Adirondack mountains, the views were a perfect backdrop to our pictures. If you're still deciding on a venue, look no further. We wish we could relive this day over and over again. Dear Hiland, thank you for making our wedding day the best ever. We won't ever forget it!!

I don’t even know where to begin. At the beginning of our wedding journey, finding a venue was the hardest thing we could’ve done. My husband and I had a specific vision in mind and had an incredibly difficult time finding a place that we loved that was also within our budget. We’re from the LI area but knew we wished to get married upstate. We must have visited at least 10 venues. Then on our way home from one, my husband found Stablegate on a whim. We looked everything over and it had the barn that I wanted, and the catering included that my husband wanted and I said “if we visit and we like it, I’m putting a deposit down the next day.” And that’s exactly what we did. Birch Hill is an incredible family owned company with so many aspects attached to it, it was hard not to fall in the second we saw it. Over 2.5 years, I never once regretted that decision and once the wedding day came and went I knew it was the right choice for us. The food is amazing and a ton of different options (including catering to my vegan guests), the staff are incredible, and the vibes are immaculate. Our wedding coordinator Jared was really the star of the show. He was super accommodating to all of our needs, organized, and just all in all a ridiculously sweet and funny guy. When our wedding day ended up getting rained out, he came up with backup plans right on the spot that honestly fit our vibe so much more than our original plan and I really truly have Jared to thank for that. Jared treated us like we were old friends that he was just helping throughout the day. He is someone I will truly forever be the most grateful for to have on my wedding day. I have heard so many horror stories about venues, and I can honestly say this is not one of them. Stablegate Barn and the Birch Hill Catering Company have my highest recommendation. And if you need a coordinator, ask for Jared. Really truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you for an amazing wedding day.

My wedding experience at Birch Hill was incredible, and I owe so much of that to Serena and her amazing team! We started the booking process in early March, hoping for a September/October wedding date, and thankfully found one that worked. Serena was an absolute goddess from start to finish—she gave us a thorough tour of all the location options, answered every question, and made the entire process feel effortless. We knew almost immediately that no other venue would compare! Since we were on a tight timeline, I reached out to Serena frequently with questions, and she always responded promptly and thoroughly. By our 90-day planning meeting, we were already so comfortable with everything, and Serena guided us seamlessly through food choices (of which there were so many!) and other details. Her expertise really shone through when I wasn’t sure about certain things; she made it all so simple and stress-free. On the big day, I felt so confident in Serena and her team—it was like everything was taken care of before I could even think about it. I truly felt like I had nothing to worry about and could be fully present in every moment, which made the day even more magical. They thought of every detail, big and small, allowing me to simply enjoy and soak it all in. Speaking of the food—it was hands down the best meal I’ve ever had! We chose the Cocktail Style package and went with a wide range of options, including crispy calamari with lemon-garlic aioli, French onion soup, cider bacon-wrapped chicken, pulled pork wonton bites, and mini grilled cheeses with tomato soup shooters, among others. Every single bite was phenomenal! The prime rib was cooked to perfection, and the mashed potato bar and pasta station were crowd favorites. Our guests raved about the gourmet French fry station that we had later in the night. While we handpicked the items, I genuinely believe that anything else on their menu would have been just as amazing—the quality and flavors were out of this world. At the end of the night, everything was packed up perfectly and already in my car before I even stopped partying! If I had to give any constructive feedback, it would be about the bridal suite. It was a very warm day for late September, and the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on before we arrived, so the suite was quite hot initially. Other than that, our ceremony by the pond was absolutely beautiful. While the mosquitos and some goose droppings were a minor annoyance, the setting was otherwise perfect and so romantic. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Serena’s commitment and attention to detail made our wedding truly unforgettable!

This was my first and only venue I toured and I fell in love. We were looking for something very modern and our style and this was exactly that! I was so in love with the large floor to ceiling windows and at night it was absolutely stunning! The outside patio with the fire pits were such a beautiful touch and everyone was loving them all night! The food & drinks were delicious and I have to mention how amazing the staff was to us.. truly wouldn’t have gotten through the night without them! Highly recommend!!

Normanside was the first venue we looked at and honestly anything after it just didn't compare. We kept finding ourselves coming back to Normanside as our favorite for several reasons. We really wanted a ceremony outside but reception indoors (for A/C) which they offered (and on top of that, the outside patio has an awning incase of rain, you're covered, literally). The packages offered are extremely reasonable. With several options and add-ons available we were really able to customize exactly what we wanted. We also loved that everythinge is on one level (as we had some guests unable to do stairs). The finished patio off the bar is beautiful. Our guests loved playing cornhole during cocktail hour and throughout the evening. Jaimie was awesome and on top of things every step of the way. She was easy to work with, very responsive any time we reached out and always professional. Jaimie and Dave were very accommodating to our wants and needs. From the scenery to the staff and everything in between Normanside made our wedding what it was. We couldn't be more thankful we choose them as our venue.

The Basilica is a one-of-a-kind space. If you are trying to avoid having a cookie-cutter wedding, this is the place for you. The staff has seen this venue set up in MANY different ways and can make anything you imagine come to life. I was really worried about being able to turn a blank space into my dream night but they made it happen easily. I'll never forget the feeling of seeing it all set up for the first time. The best part is that there are zero time restrictions on the space. Which for us, meant an after-party until 3am :)

I don't think I can write a review to do both M&D Farm as a venue and Mario & Daniel as individuals justice, but I will certainly try. We had our wedding at M&D Farm this summer and still are in awe of every moment of that day. M&D Farm is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The gardens are awe-inspiring - all of our guests could not believe how incredibly beautiful the venue was. The natural look and feel, combined with the hard work that Mario and Daniel put into this place makes every moment you spend at it an absolute dream. Honestly, I don't think we've seen anything like it while touring venues. It's an absolutely magical place. But what's more magical than the garden and property itself? Mario and Daniel. I mean....wow. Mario and Daniel guided us through the wedding process with ease, calmness, and huge support. But what was even more impressive was their day of coordination. As a bride, I literally did not have to think about anything but having the best time all day long. Mario and Daniel were accomodating, efficient, fun to be around, knew all the staff, kept us on time without feeling like there was a lot of pressure, and made the whole experience just so easy. We were in absolute awe the entire time. We cannot be more thankful to both of them for the best day we could have possibly asked for. Seriously recommend this place to anyone looking to make their wedding dreams come true. THANK YOU MARIO AND DANIEL!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience hosting our wedding at The Curtis House by Gloriosa & Co. My husband and I got married a couple of weeks ago (September 2024) and our wedding was truly one the happiest, best days of our lives thanks to the love and personalization that Gloria and Emma put into planning and executing our day. We were drawn to so many things about the venue, including the charming setting of Ashfield, the rustic but modernized aesthetic of the barn, the beautiful gardens and greenhouse, and the house being an available space to get ready. We were also drawn to the convenience and uniqueness of being able to provide our floral arrangements from Gloria’s greenhouse and gardens on-site, and having all of the food and beverages taken care of through the venue’s catering and bar team. But what made us decide to book this venue for our special day was the attention that Gloria and Emma give each couple. This venue is not your typical wedding factory that puts on weddings multiple times a week, every week of the year; Gloria and Emma host between 12-15 weddings per year and consequently each couple they work with gets full access to the venue the weekend of their wedding and so much guidance during the planning process. We were able to cultivate a vegetarian menu consisting of so many of our favorite foods plus a number of signature dishes of the venue, such as a butternut squash galette that was a crowd favorite. Sustainability is also incredibly important to us as a couple, and Gloria and Emma are committed to sourcing only local, seasonal ingredients for the food and florals and minimizing waste, which meant so much to us. In terms of decor and furnishings, the venue has so much available for couples to use, such as tables, chairs, ceremony benches, several wedding arches to choose from, displays for food or guest favors, tableware, candles, string lights, and more. We did not have to rent or coordinate anything other than the few DIY projects we made, which Gloria and Emma effortlessly integrated into the set up for us. Being able to take care of practically everything through Gloria and Emma made planning so much simpler. On the wedding day, Gloria, Emma, and their team handled the venue set up in a few hours, which happened like a choreographed dance that required practically no work from us or our wedding parties other than providing input and approval along the way. Everything went extremely smoothly and we were able to be fully present. After our ceremony, my husband and I returned to the house, where Gloria had set up champagne and a spread of our hors d'oeuvres for us to enjoy over a few minutes of privacy, which is something she had recommended we do as we took in the moment together. Our guests have had nothing but positive things to say about our wedding and it was clear the day of how much fun everyone had. We have received so many compliments about how beautiful and authentic the venue was, how exquisite Gloria’s floral arrangements were, how delicious all of the food was (even the heavy meat-eaters loved the vegetarian menu), and how this will be a wedding they will always remember. Gloria made us feel like part of her family and we were so happy to be able to support her business. We truly could not have asked for a more memorable, personalized, loving, and beautiful wedding, and hope that many other couples have the pleasure of getting married at this special place.

The venue is exclusively catered and owned by Seasons Catering where they are excited to begin hosting events. This venue holds the history from when Thomas Edison came to Schenectady to start up Edison Machine Works and when he combined it into the Edison General Electric company in 1889. After - the building transformed into the Schenectady Gazette headquarters. In our renovations - we have kept the history and charm of the building with the original printing press from 1894 and our exposed brick interior.

Weddings can be incredibly stressful and sometimes not go as you planned, but I can guarantee The Edison Downtown staff will make your special day the best wedding or event you’ve ever had. Jena, our wedding coordinator and Bylinda, the owner, truly went above and beyond any of my expectations for my wedding day. The attention to care to not only myself but all family members and party members was impeccable. The organization and leadership day of from Jena highly attributes to the perfection and smoothness of our wedding. She was there late the night before and there bright and early the day of to make sure everything we wanted was done correctly and done timely. She made sure to keep to our schedule and even if there were any bumps in our timeline, she handed it for us. She paid incredible attention to detail to both our wedding and after party, as we had a completely different themed event also at the venue slightly after our wedding ended. I’m sure this made it more difficult than usual for the staff, but Jena handled the organization of all of our decor and organization of the staff and people involved like a seasoned professional. The food from Season’s Catering was divine and some of the best food we can recall having at a wedding or other event in a very, very long time. Our guests cannot stop talking about how absolutely delicious all of the food was, how gorgeous and unique the venue was, and how it was one of the best weddings they have attended. From the bartender to the servers, everyone was so sweet and seemed so excited to be working our wedding day. I didn’t know exactly what to expect planning my first wedding, but was so thankful for having Bylinda and having Jena from the venue to handle everything. Any event at The Edison Downtown is worth every penny. We cannot thank everyone enough for all of the effort they put into our special day.

We found Living Stone in our own backyard and were immediately swept away by the natural beauty of the landscape and the incredible work Heather and Django have put into making the space what it is. Words truly can not describe what they have created, from the boulders along the moss path to the hand-built mortise and tenon pavilion to the waterfall that seems to be the heartbeat of the living stone, you simply have to experience it to understand what it is. Beyond the natural beauty, Heather and Django shared with us and our families the warmest hospitality and most delicious food. We met and discussed some of our ideas, and quickly Heather had curated a menu that not only reflected who we are but would still be approachable to all of our guests. The food was locally sourced, fresh, and absolutely incredible. It is clear that Heather, Django, and their staff are passionate about what they create and serve to the people who have the privilege of experiencing everything Living Stone has to offer. The day of our wedding it rained for the entirety of the day, while we had to pivot our plans a little bit, Heather had a rain contingency plan that was executed flawlessly by her and their staff, and our day was ultimately perfect. The rain charged the creek, and the waterfall roared, and we danced the night away. We simply could not have found a place more beautiful or run by people more talented and incredible. We have and will continue to recommend Living Stone for anything one could need an event space for. The grounds are expansive and beautiful and would be well suited for any gathering of people who want to celebrate love in a truly spectacular place. The Saratoga Winery was a perfect venue for our Wedding ! We had our cocktail hour at the inside bar area and outside covered deck and patio areas. Our dining and dancing were held in the attached Barn. The barn oozes rustic charm! There is also a covered deck adjacent to the dining area. Our guests took advantage of all the wonderful space this venue has. The Food was exceptional !!! Our compliments to the Chef!! We are still getting rave reviews from our guests on the meals they had! We can’t express enough how grateful we are to Annie, the owner, for all she did to provide us with Our Dream Wedding! Annie goes above and beyond and her efforts are apparent in how well organized the Winery is. The entire staff are knowledgeable and attentive. The wedding coordinators were the absolute best to work with! They were so professional and quick to respond with emails. We were very happy to have them the day of the wedding as they made everything run so smoothly! During cocktail hour Julie helped set up a small private table with appetizers for just the two of us. It was so nice to spend a few minutes as a newly married couple before making our entrance to the reception. The food was amazing, and both the ceremony and reception spaces were decorated better than I could’ve imagined. The cake was done by Debbie Coye and part of our package - not only was it gorgeous but it was also delicious! The staff were all professional and made sure we had everything that we needed. We are so glad we had our wedding at the Holiday Inn, it was truly the best day of our lives!

We recently had our wedding reception at the Excelsior Springs Event Center, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! First and foremost, the food was absolutely amazing – all of our guests raved about it. The spacious and beautifully designed venue was spotless, and the layout provided the perfect setting for a seamless celebration. We chose to have our ceremony at Congress Park, but for couples looking to hold both their ceremony and reception in one location, Excelsior Springs offers a beautiful ceremony area as well. It’s a lovely option that makes it easy to keep everything in one place. Marianna, our wedding planner, was a standout. She was incredibly attentive, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire planning process and on the big day. We truly felt like we were in great hands with her guidance. One of the major perks was the venue’s connection to the Courtyard Marriott, which is only a 30-second walk away. This made it so easy for our guests to stay right next to the event, adding such a level of convenience. We also rented a room at the Marriott for our rehearsal dinner, and they allowed us to bring in our own food and soft drinks, which made it feel even more personal and special. One of the aspects we loved most was the flexibility to add our own personal touches. We were able to bring in custom signage, homemade centerpieces, set up a fun candy bar, and even add a mirror welcome sign selfie station. Our DJ also provided a photo booth, which our guests loved. These touches made the celebration feel uniquely ours and added to the fun atmosphere. Overall, Excelsior Springs Event Center and the Courtyard Marriott created a perfect combination for a memorable and stress-free wedding weekend. Stissing House is one of the oldest taverns in America, located at the crossroads of the village of Pine Plains in the heart of Dutchess County. It’s 90 minutes from New York City, and 30 minutes south of Hudson. It has hosted feasts for generations. Downstairs, intimate dining rooms and fireside lounges are ideal for parties of 8-10 people. Upstairs, the oldest Dutch Colonial ballroom in America is designed for long-table dinners and weddings of 25-150 people. Gather your friends and family for pitchers of shandy and wood fired eggs the day before or morning after your party. Chef/Proprietor Clare de Boer cooks food that is generous and has a sense of place. Ingredients come from surrounding farms and are prepared simply on the tavern’s mammoth hearth. The eggs are laid today, the butter is homemade, and the food is for feasting.

The now "annual" Stissing House Craft Feast has made holiday shopping fun, festive, inspiring and very low stress. From the minute you step into their signature green door, you feel transformed to another time. And suddenly the only reason to have a cell phone is to take photos of every incredibly gorgeous vignette. You have no choice but to be present and to indulge the senses as you take each step through the maze of decorated display and historic architecture. Carolers, trays of wonderful treats and smells and smiles all made for the most perfect and unique experience. The event was so seamless organized and curated. Hats off to Clare and Katie and the team!!! A personal thank you to them for the endless hours that it took to bring this amazing community event to our valley for all of us to enjoy. You made my Christmas season (yet again!).

Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure and privilege of getting married at The Boylston Rooms with help of Myles and Erin. This was by far the most stress free and seamless process I could have asked for. They are wonderful communicators, Erin helped me with a dress situation and was hands on, Myles was out during first look carrying my dress for me, and just have the most amazing personalities; I truly feel they go above and beyond for their couples. The venues site itself is stunning and watching come to life with the help of their incredible room of decor is something out of a storybook. I cannot rave about my wedding experience with them enough!
