Suzanna is a fantastic wedding planner. She was very communicative and receptive to what we envisioned and gave us fitting options to guide us in the direction we wanted to go. She was flexible and accommodating when we ended up changing our mind about a certain design element (especially the floral arrangements lol) and when it came to the day of, she delegated tasks expertly and got everything set up exactly how we wanted and then some. I don’t plan on getting married again, but if I did, I’d hire her again without a second thought!

If you don’t have a day of coordinator, look no further! Laura and her team have been incredible. I reached out to Laura after she was the coordinator for my friends wedding and have not been disappointed since that day. Laura has been the utmost example of professionalism and organization. We chose her day of coordinator services as I was pretty confident about my planning abilities, but we didn’t want to have to do anything on our day of. If you do not feel confident with planning, I would seek out her services for full coverage planning as she did just a stellar job with sending us vendors, connecting with the ones that we had, and helping us with all the details. Day of our expectations were exceeded! Once her team arrived, Kayla and Ivy, we didn’t have to do a thing! The day of our plans changed a lot and they really kept us on time. We had to deal with a tropical storm that popped up two days before the wedding, which was wholly unfortunate. Our venue and everything was inside, however we wanted to take our first look and party photos outside. On the day of the coordinators helped us find an additional space to take photos in and took care of everything. It was so great to have Kayla and Ivy by our side because I didn’t have to worry about anything, I didn’t have to look at the schedule, I didn’t have to worry if that was set up correctly, or this was set up correctly or if vendors had arrived and we’re on time and tell them where to go etc. etc. It felt great to just spend my entire wedding day relaxing and enjoying the beautiful day it was. Thank you Laura, Kayla, and Ivy for making our event the absolute best that it could be.

My daughter and I hired Chloe Deal to be our onsite day-of wedding planner and she was excellent before, during and after the big day! Pre-wedding, we had two zoom meetings to review what the plans were and what she would be doing to oversee it all. Chloe's communication assured us all the details would be completely taken care of on wedding day. The day of the wedding, we had a big surprise. An unexpected storm whipped up just as we were about to begin the outdoor ceremony. Chloe and her assistant quickly rallied to make last minute adjustments moving tables and displays under the reception tent, coordinating with the vendors on the change of plans and remained calm throughout it all. After a bit of insanity as our guests ran from the outdoor ceremony into the tent, Chloe and her assistant went into overdrive drying off chairs and getting them moved into the reception area which was a huge undertaking. The groomsmen were supposed to help but they were the only ones not under umbrellas and were absolutely soaked. Chloe easily helped guests find their seats and kept us all on schedule with the reception events of introductions, dances, happy hour, dinner, cake cutting, send off photos etc. Post wedding, we had to be all cleaned up by 9am the next day so the night of the wedding, Chloe and her assistant moved heavy tree log displays back to the woods, put everything that we needed to save into our cars or the locked space until we could pick it up the next day. Chloe's performance as our wedding planner was truly impressive as she thought of every detail and despite the unexpected weather, my daughter and son-in-law had a truly magical day complete with double rainbows! I would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom to-be!

Having Macy as the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made - our wedding day was 100% stress free! We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. Macy is so kind, thoughtful, organized, communicative, and took away all of our stress leading up to the wedding day by being so organized and prepared! She coordinated with the different vendors to ensure a timeline was created and distributed for when each would arrive. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except for confirming details for her. She made sure the wedding party and our parents were at the right spots at the right time throughout the evening and helped keep guests contained during cocktail hour so we could step away with the photographer for photos. She even assisted with clean up and helped pack dessert for us to take and enjoy later! Macy is by far irreplaceable in our eyes, we cannot recommend her enough! She gave me all of her recommendations for vendors and helped me narrow things down right away which was life saving because there are just too many vendors out there to go through alone. Knowing that she knew everyone she was recommending to us and had worked with them in the past gave me such ease and confidence. Now, my wedding day... OMG my wedding day. It was so relaxing. Stressed would not even be anywhere near how I felt. I showed up to the venue and Callie was there, biggest smile, handling all the things. She checked on me multiple times making sure I had everything I needed as well as my whole bridal party. The whole wedding ran so smoothly, everything was on time... I could go on and on. I am so lucky that after this I can now truly call Callie my friend. Truly the best in the business. My wedding would not have been ANYTHING close to what I was without her. We are forever grateful!!!!!

My husband and I booked Julia as our Day of Wedding Coordinator. From the beginning, she was on top of everything. She even offered to be involved in all of our final vendor conversations. Just amazing to work with! Julia was a rockstar the day of our wedding though! Having 2 coordinators there made it so relaxing knowing that they had everything handled. You can’t be everywhere as the bride, but I was confident in leaving our wedding to Julia and Scott so we could get ready and enjoy our wedding! At the end of the night, I asked Julia if I could keep her haha she was truly amazing from start to finish! I can not recommend her enough.
