My name is Katie Cole, and I am the Founder/Head Planner at Palmetto River Planning. I have been planning weddings and events since 2021, but just decided to establish my own company late last year. I am trustworthy, honest, dedicated, and am known for paying close attention to detail. With a passion for this industry, it is my personal goal to make every couple a member of the Palmetto River family and ensure that all our couple's have a worry-free and magical day.

I am dedicated, trust-worthy, pay a great attention to detail, fun, and organized! I am big on great communication and love helping my clients. I truly take the time to get to know all my clients and become part of their family!

    Palmetto River Planning was incredible to work with for our wedding! From the beginning, their communication style was excited, knowledgeable, and prompt. The quality of their work and value was high quality, helpful, and timely. When we had a lot of things come up with the timeline that had to be adjusted due to timing and weather, the wedding planner handled it incredibly! She also decorated even better than I could have pictured. She was incredible throughout the entire process, and I can't recommend this company enough!

    Katie and Dlorah were AMAZING! Without them I would have fallen apart! They took my inspiration for my decor and went above and BEYOND! I had my main backdrop break the night before our wedding and when I told Katie, she hunted down a replacement and made it even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! Katie stayed in touch with me through this whole journey and helped me navigate every little detail and hiccup I had with so much positivity and grace! She and Dlorah helped create the most amazing wedding day with the smoothest transition to a BEAUTIFUL reception that blew me away!! I can not recommend her or this company enough!! THEY ARE AMAZING!

    Katie was amazing. She made sure all the little things were not forgotten and that we ran on time (crazy!!). She was so helpful in the whole process even though she was a day of coordinator. She made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there. She relieved a lot of stress and I couldn't recommend her more!

    Katie was amazing from the start! We hired her for day of coordinating, but she started communicating in detail about two months out. We had several meetings to go over all the finer details of our big day. Her attention to detail & willingness to provide exactly what is envisioned is top tier. I got to the bottom of the aisle before realizing I had left my bouquet inside, without hesitation, Katie bolted there and back just in time. She also handled a situation that shouldn’t have occurred at a wedding. We are forever grateful for all the time & effort Katie put into our big day!! Our day ran smoothly regardless of some hiccups all thanks to her, We cannot recommend her enough!
