They thoughtfully presented a great venue, beautiful menu, fun drinks and stayed respectful of our budget. They were friendly and easy to communicate with at every step, answered questions promptly, and were fantastic on the day-of the event too. Our caterer was amazing, and there was food cake leftover, which PTC thoughtfully packaged up for us and dropped at our hotel - allowing us to keep the party going at a nearby bar with friends! They thought of every detail and we were beyond thrilled. We received so many compliments. Use Josh and PTC for your event - they will NOT disappoint!!

I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.

Andrea and her team are the ABSOLUTE BEST. Even though we were planning a somewhat smaller and more informal affair, Andrea was a godsend. Leading up to the day Andrea's kind, patient, and detail-oriented communication was amazing. Importantly, she held space for us to be who we are and not pressure us to go in any direction throughout our planing- I cannot overstate how lovely that is. Honestly one of my favorite photos from the wedding was of Andrea leaning into our bird theme by wearing a feather headband! I did not have to make a single decision or give any direction on our wedding day. I'm telling you- GODSEND. We had no idea if anything went wrong- you can't ask for anything more than that (and we had a caterer, band, DJ and bar set up in a somewhat challenging venue! We found out later that they had to completely pivot where the food was being cooked and set up). At one point Andrea had to kindly redirect the band when they started playing the wrong genre music that we had requested- woof. We were able to simply relax and enjoy the day with our loved ones. We also used her bar services and recommended DJ (who was so patient with our very specific requests) and everything was just perfect- everyone was so friendly, kind, and professional. Andrea also checked in on us throughout the evening and made sure we were fed and had drinks! Even if you think project management and/or event planning are your strong suits, I'm telling you- HIRE ANDREA AND UNIQUE EVENTS. You don't need to be a hero on your wedding day.

JayLynn was amazing to have during the wedding process. She would always answer any questions I had, she always offered to help with anything I needed done. The checklist she gave me helped so much during planning, especially the closer we got. The day of the wedding everything went so smoothly and if anything did go wrong my husband and I didn’t even know about it. Our venue didn’t allow us to start decorating until 1pm and our first look was at 1pm. I can’t imagine the stress I would have had if we didn’t have JayLynn and her team to decorate. JayLynn and her team also cleaned up on wedding day which allowed my husband and I to go straight to our after party. She is also very positive and puts your mind at ease! Full disclosure: I did not hire Marta for my wedding- but she went above and beyond for us even after when we were clear that we wouldn't be clients. DETAILS: We're getting married in NC and for some reason Zola listed her as a local planner which I didn't realize. Ten minutes into the call, we realized she wasn't a fit for our needs. We could not have asked for a better day-of coordination team than Kat and her incredible crew from Evviva Studio. From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with! Even before the official three-month coordination package started, they were wonderfully open and responsive over email, welcoming any questions we had. Once our planning calls started, Kat’s dedication to understanding what we wanted really stood out to us; she took the time to learn about our VIP guests and went the extra mile to ensure our families were looked after and comfortable on the day too. Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. She was always available to answer our questions and provide her professional, kind, and calm guidance. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day.
