The restored Historic Melrose Knitting Mill is a three-story brick mill, nestled in downtown Raleigh. In the 1950s it became the Ford Sander's Auto Dealership. Artspace renovated the building in 1986 to be an innovative hub for creative expression in the heart of our state's capital.
