The restored Historic Melrose Knitting Mill is a three-story brick mill, nestled in downtown Raleigh. The venue boasts exposed bricks, rough cut beams and twenty-four arched windows, providing an abundance of natural light. After opening one of Downtown Raleigh’s most vibrant restaurants on the ground level, creative director Samad Hachby renovated the third-story space to accommodate the larger weddings, special events, and parties that his restaurant was being sought after to host. Today, the Historic Melrose Knitting Mill sits perched high atop 309 N. Dawson Street welcoming guests to a true destination within the heart of the city.

Nestled in the historic Seaboard Railroad Station in downtown Raleigh, TRAINE is a premier event venue to host weddings and special events. Built in the early 1900’s as the original Railway Express operation in Raleigh; this building features original brick walls, wood timber beams and is surrounded by historic charm in a neighborhood next to William Peace University. The Stockroom at 230 is a special events and wedding venue nestled on Fayetteville Street in the center of downtown Raleigh. On the second floor of the Carolina Trust Building, a charming blend of exposed brick, warm hardwood floors, lofty lattice ceilings laced with market lighting, and beams of natural light craft an atmosphere exceptional for any occasion. Located in the historic cobble-stone lined streets of City Market, the building was originally constructed in 1911 as the City of Raleigh's livery stables. In the 1950s it became the Ford Sander's Auto Dealership. Artspace renovated the building in 1986 to be an innovative hub for creative expression in the heart of our state's capital. Today, Artspace welcomes 30,000 visitors annually through First Friday art walks, Family Days, Summer Art Camps and more. The historic Murphey School auditorium is the home of Raleigh's innovative Burning Coal Theatre Company. In 1960, the auditorium was the site of the vote to desegregate the City School System, so it is one of the most important and historic rooms in the city.
