We recently had our wedding at Suisun Valley Inn, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. One of the biggest highlights was being able to use the venue for three full days, which gave us extra time to relax and connect with our bridal party and loved ones. That extended access truly made a difference in how special the weekend felt. However, there were a few challenges that did impact our plans. The event barn, which was a key part of our original vision, was unfortunately not finished in time for our wedding. While we understand this was out of the owner’s control, we were disappointed that we were not refunded the full 2,000 deposit, especially since the change affected nearly every aspect of our day. Additionally, when we arrived, we were surprised to find the vineyard had been plowed without any prior notice. This forced another last-minute adjustment to our setup so we wouldn’t be facing a dirt lot. It would have been really helpful to have been told about that in advance. Despite these hiccups, the venue itself has so much potential and charm, and we did have a lovely wedding. I just hope some of these experiences can help future couples plan better or spark a few improvements from the venue for the future.

Plus there is a service fee of at least 13k. So BEFORE photographer, footwear, videographer, band, decor etc. you’re already at around 123k.

From the moment we reached out to Farmstead, the team was detailed, polite, and positive in their communication, making the planning process as seamless as could be expected. Farmstead was also really flexible in allowing us to bring our own decorations, which was so great, and truly helped our vision come to life. The food and drinks were fresh and absolutely delicious! It made all the difference to us that Farmstead was able to nimbly accommodate all of our guests' dietary preferences in a way that ensured people ate healthily and deliciously, especially for those who traveled from far away. My wife and I held our wedding at Landmark in August 2024. Olivia was great to work with and the wedding itself was perfect and went off without a hitch. We loved the landscaping and ambiance of the venue, with its views of vineyards overlooking the Mayacamas, which provided the perfect backdrop for our 50 person ceremony. The beautiful flowers and outdoor furniture also helped us save a bit on other parts of our budget -- the space is so nice that it doesn't need too much done to it. We also liked the cottage and suite onsite, which are a nice perk. Landmark is definitely worth visiting if you are looking for a fantastic wine country venue!

I had my wedding at Jacuzzi in Oct '23 and Katy & Laura truly made this experience the best we could have imagined! From the beginning to the end, they were both very responsive, helpful and very organized. They made wedding planning as low-stress as one could hope for, and we were able to enjoy our wedding day without a worry! We loved that there were essentially 3 venues in 1 (outdoor ceremony space, piazza for cocktail hour, and barrel room for dinner) and every time we go back to Jacuzzi, we're always in awe of how gorgeous of a winery it is! We were looking for a beautiful low key venue for our wedding. The Lighthouse was by far even better than we imagined! We primarily worked with Maggie who was fantastic! She was very realistic when it came to helping us stay within our budget and gave us some excellent vendor recommendations accordingly. We had a few meetings with her along the way and she listened to what we wanted and helped us stay on task getting everything sorted out. She was super flexible and accommodating with us on the day of the wedding. Maggie and Alma were both there the day of the wedding and they were both busy making sure everything was running smoothly! In addition to how wonderful they are, this venue is the most beautiful! We used the outside and inside area. We heard from several of our guests that it was the most beautiful venue (and wedding ;) ) they had attended! We have the absolute best memories from this day and wouldn’t change a thing!

We had the wedding reception of our dreams this July! We were drawn to having our 110-person reception at D'Argenzio Winery for countless reasons including great price and a truly beautiful location. Breanna had excellent, understanding, and flexible communication with us for the entire year leading up to our wedding day. We rented the Terrazzo Patio and Tasting Room Lounge and had open seating for the guests so that they could choose to sit inside or outside! Everyone enjoyed the wine, Prosecco, beer, and soft drink offerings at the bar. We absolutely loved Cibo Rustico's catering of antipasto boards, salads, pasta, and chicken offerings. We also had a banda perform late into the night on the bocce ball court following dinner, speeches, and the first dance! You too can have the wedding you always dreamed of at D'Argenzio Winery!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience using Glenn Ranch as our wedding venue this September. We were originally drawn to the rural-yet-close to town location, the awesome old barn, and Lori and Mark's laid-back approach. The location is great, you get the feeling of being away from it all while still being 10 minutes from Petaluma, which was so so helpful for out-of-town guests. Lori and Mark took care of so many of the details: tables, tablecloths, chairs, speakers, signs, couches, and they have a ton of decor items to use. Having all of those items included in the rental of the venue greatly simplified the planning process, saved us money, and made remembering all of the little details way less stressful. We really appreciated being able to use our own vendors and having Jenny as a coordinator to run planning questions by. Lori was super flexible and accomodating when it came to setting up and cleaning up after the event. Having the venue for four days gave us plenty of time to set up and clean up. Her and Mark even helped us meticulously hang 17 flower garlands from the barn door, making sure they were evenly spaced, the whole thing turned out looking amazing! Jenny took care of all the final decor touches and vendors day-of so we as the bride and groom really didn’t have to worry about a thing except our vows and enjoying ourselves! Thank you Lori, Mark, and Jenny for your had work and for helping our special day go off without a hitch!

Our wedding was going to be on the smaller side but I still wanted it to be more special than just taking place in a hotel conference room. This was a completely DIY wedding, which I was personally funding, and I was doing my best to keep costs under control without compromising quality. After doing countless hours of research online about weddings and venues, it seemed everything would come with a huge price tag - far beyond my budget. I was worried that the challenges I was facing would be insurmountable and I'd have to settle for less than what I'd dreamed of. I knew I wanted to hold it at a winery, preferably one with beautiful views and perhaps a water feature. Clarksburg, being only 15 minutes from my house, was the region I wanted to explore. After visiting two other wineries in the area - one of which had a less than ideal location and poor customer service, and the other that was nice but WAY out of my price range for a 60-person guestlist - my final visit was to Julietta Winery. One of the owners, Julie, gave us the tour and we were immediately grateful for her attentiveness and input. When she showed us the back barn by the slough, I knew this could be the perfect venue! It was private, had separate but adjacent areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, plenty of nearby private parking, loads of charm, and was absolutely gorgeous. It was somewhat of a blank slate, but had special features like chandeliers in the barn and fountains throughout the grounds, and with a few added touches it could certainly be a creative bride's dream. Her suggestions, examples and expertise solidified that conclusion. After seeing the private ceremony site, the reception area and the bridal suite, we were invited back to the main building for a tasting. Unlike the other venues we had visited, all of the wines were equally delicious, further settling the decision to get married there. I even joined the wine club that day. Another thing that set Julietta Winery apart was that they allowed me to bring in my own vendors. A lot of places won't do this. Since I was putting 100% of my effort into making this a wonderful event, it was helpful to have this leeway and I was able to choose my DJ, musicians, photographer, "day of coordinator", transportation, baker and caterer. Julie and her staff were so accommodating, and Julie even took on the task of being an additional "day of" coordinator and "calmer of nerves". The wedding turned out to be everything I could have hoped for and more, and every single guest was amazed by the beautiful venue, the quality wine and the service received. It was perfect in every single way. I just wish I could share pictures with this review. We're so grateful to Julietta Winery!

The inside space is 7000 square feet with a footprint that is malleable, and is easily and beautifully delineated by racks of wine barrels. Outside is a 5000 square foot patio overlooking the bay. The gardens at Heather farms was everything we were looking for in a venue. We wanted outdoors with lots of plant life, a reception space that was not a barn, fairytale vibes, ability to choose our own vendors, have a full bar, plenty of time at the venue to have the day of our dreams, and LGBTQ friendly. The gardens delivered all of this and was well within our budget. As a lesbian couple it was very important to us to find a venue and vendors that felt like supportive allies and from our first meeting with GHF we felt very welcome. We also loved that the only vendor they had a preferred list for was catering (the list had many great options and we were very happy with our choice), this allowed us to ensure that all of our other vendors we hired were also allies or members of the queer community. They were great to work with and everything went so smooth the day-of. It was also stunning, the rose gardens feel so magical and I loved that we didn’t need to worry about much decor for the ceremony space. Everything was beautifully in bloom even in mid-October. If I could go back and do it over again I would still choose to get married at the gardens in a heartbeat! Another thing we love is that it’s open to the public when it is not closed for private events, so leading up to our wedding we spent a lot of time visiting just because! We took my mom there for a Mother’s Day picnic and also went with friends. I can’t wait to return as newlyweds again and again.

She is a joyous person to be around and exactly who you would want coordinating your wedding. She is on time, personable and knows how to run a wedding. The property has a lot of space for the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready and many unique features such as the 19th century mansion and the ceremony site area surrounded by large beautiful magnolia trees.
