Prices can be negotiated based on date. There is a $8,500+ per night accommodation fee. This covers all of the Inn's rooms and full service through the weekend. Site Fee: The Site fee for the 2 day buyout is $5,000++. Includes all of the common areas, private beach, gardens, etc. Food & Beverage Minimum total for both days: $10-15,000++ per day. Service Charge, 25%. Coordination Fee 5%, Occupancy Tax 11%, Sales Tax 7.88%
