Dear Wedgewood Team, We wanted to take a moment to thank you all for making our wedding such a beautiful and unforgettable day. From the very beginning, we felt supported and guided by your incredible staff — especially Margarita, Sabrina, and Maricela. Margarita in particular went above and beyond for us. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. She made us feel truly cared for and helped ensure everything ran smoothly, both in the planning stages and on the day of. We are so grateful for her. From tying bows onto the reception chairs to managing the chaos of the day. Thank you! Nora and Logan were also great onsite. We learned that it was Logan’s first time serving as banquet captain on her own, and for a first-time lead, she handled it admirably. With more experience, we’re sure she’ll continue to thrive in that role. We did want to share a few points of feedback to help improve the experience for future couples: Unfortunately, we didn’t receive champagne or cider during the toasts (though our guests did). It was a small but meaningful part of the night we had looked forward to. We had also hoped for more appetizers to be brought to us during cocktail hour as we had a large bridal party, and we didn’t really get a chance to enjoy them. A male staff member entered the bridal suite while one of my bridesmaids was changing and cleared the charcuterie board, even while she was still eating from it. It felt a bit intrusive and rushed. A few guests mentioned that the bartender was periodically unavailable, possibly due to restocking. Lastly, some guests noted a high number of bugs in the restrooms, which could be something for custodial to monitor. We also wanted to note that while not directly Wedgewood’s responsibility, the DJ service was a disappointment. We had a playlist of about 20 songs and a detailed call with Saul ahead of time, but only a 6 of our songs were played. The private last dance even started while my husband was in the restroom, resulting in myself having to remind the DJ that the groom was not there and it is supposed to be a private last dance. We also specifically requested clean versions and no trap music, but explicit songs like “Get Low,” and “Gasolina” were still played. Saul was kind, but he didn’t follow through on our requests, which was disappointing for such an important part of our night. That said, these moments did not take away from the magic of the day. We had countless guests tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever attended. We left feeling full of love, joy, and gratitude — and so much of that is thanks to your team. Thank you again for helping us create a truly meaningful and memorable celebration. We will always cherish it. :)

Best venue & staff ever. From the tour, to all the emails & meetings, every question was answered and the team truly brought our vision to life. Shoutout to Maricela, Jane, Roland. The night would not have been possible without them. From ceremony/time coordination, making sure food was served in a timely manner, and DJ music/vibes 100% on point. Their recommended cake & flower vendors also added the extra touch to our wedding vision. Thank YOU !!

Absolutely loved working with the Jefferson Street Mansion staff. We felt very heard and catered to. We received so many compliments from friends and family about the venue, staff, vendors, food, and music. It really is a "have it your way" set up, you can choose to have a big grandiose wedding or small minimalist wedding. I arrived to the venue on wedding day with zero nerves because I knew the staff and coordinator knew my expectations.

My husband and I just got married at Jefferson Street Mansion and it was the most perfect wedding we could have ever imagined - it exceeded our vision! The whole JSM team was so amazing to work with and made planning as stress-free as possible. We stuck to the planning timeline they provided in the planning binder (which was SO helpful to have) and had everything ready in time. Our guests all raved about what a fabulous wedding it was. We customized the venue quite a bit bringing in our own decor and personal touches and it did not feel cookie-cutter at all even though it is an all-inclusive venue. I am so happy we chose JSM!! The recommended vendors were all outstanding, the food was delicious, everything ran smoothly during the wedding and I didn't have to stress about a thing. The mansion, ceremony area, and reception tent are all BEAUTIFUL. I could not have asked for a more perfect day.
