The team at the Francis Marion Hotel was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication was prompt, attentive, and highly detailed throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is large, elegant, and impeccably clean - the perfect backdrop for our special day. They were extremely accommodating, working closely with my mother and other guests who had major food intolerance issues. The hotel also provided amazing vendor referrals that helped make our wedding day run seamlessly. I cannot recommend the Francis Marion Hotel highly enough to any couple looking for a beautiful, stress-free venue with a top-notch staff.

What a wise decision we made to have our wedding rehearsal dinner at the Westin Poinsett Hotel. The appetizers were delicious, plated meal was cooked perfectly and the desserts were the perfect treat to end the meal. All of the staff who worked the event were attentive and made us feel at home. From the ease of planning and coordination, the efficiency of the staff, and the communication from start to finish -- I would not go in any other direction. NOT ONE bad thing to say about the food and drinks, my guests were thoroughly impressed. The ease of having the entire ceremony/reception in 1 place is unmatched. This is truly your one-stop-shop for your wedding. The greenery offers an incredible ambiance and the clean slate of the venue let's you add your own touch. I would choose CG again and again.

The Seabrook Island Club is the most beautiful wedding venue with a wonderful wedding coordinator, friendly and accommodating staff, and delicious food!! The location overlooking the ocean is stunning. The wedding coordinator Michelle was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect!! She helped us plan from start to finish. We didn’t have a wedding planner so we really relied on Michelle to help us with a lot of the decisions and she was very knowledgeable and great to work with. She answered calls and texts at all times of the day and was always quick to respond! The staff was friendly and provided the highest level of service. And the food was amazing, the appetizers, main courses, and dessert were all delicious. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone interested in a gorgeous ocean front wedding!!!

Separk Mansion is a wedding venue located in Gastonia, North Carolina that is just 20 minutes from Charlotte. This renovated mansion is designed with beautiful weddings in mind and will give you an elegant backdrop that will create a celebration that is full of everlasting memories. Separk Mansion is ideal for both indoor and outdoor weddings. The first floor ballroom retains old vintage hardwood floors and has a ceiling that shimmers with crystal chandeliers. At the front there is a large staircase as well as large front doors that lead to an expansive limestone veranda that can be used for a cocktail hour. This impressive estate was built in 1919 by textile mogul Joseph Separk. He lived in the mansion with his wife and son during the 1920s. In 2012 it underwent complete renovation and is currently one of the most popular locations for ceremonies and receptions. The mansion is part of the York Chester Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Working with Separk was super easy from start to finish. We had Hannah as our wedding coordinator and she did a great job with creating and sticking to the timeline. She also did great at setting up our decor items and some flowers we brought to the venue. She was very communicative with us and our bridal party/family so that everyone knew what was expected from them for the ceremony. Overall we had a great experience with Separk and had the most perfect wedding thanks to them!

We planned an destination wedding with Jodi Cotten. She was prompt with any answers to questions and available when a visit was required. She is a GREAT sounding board and has many suggestions, as she has planned/seen many events. She has worked with many local vendors and all were very complimentary of the staff at LCC. Our year long planning concluded with hurricane Ian making landfall one day prior to our event. Jodi and the staff at LCC went above and beyond to make everything perfect. My new daughter-in-law said she was treated like royalty. The space was laid out as requested, the food was excellent, the bar tenders were attentive, and the wait staff was incredibly professional. I can not provide enough positive feedback about our experience. They turned a difficult weather event into a magical, unforgettable, night. We highly recommend LCC and their staff for your special day.

Firethorne Country Club is a wonderful venue for your wedding or event, due to it's fantastic food, helpful staff and great location. The ceremony area is nicely tucked in (on a golf course, but feels like you are away from the course a bit, no matter what time of year) and well maintained. Great spots for pictures like the stairs outside. The reception area has a beautiful stone fireplace, cozy bar area, and nice deck/patio for cocktail hour. The staff here will go out of their way to make everything just as you envision it.

We had our wedding at Trinity Hall and were thrilled with how smoothly everything went. Marcie, the venue coordinator, was amazing to work with. She responded to emails quickly and was always polite and professional in our communications. When we had to change our wedding date, Trinity Hall was very accommodating in helping us secure a new date that worked for our schedule. The venue itself is quite large with plenty of space available for both the ceremony and reception. Marcie gave us detailed recommendations on how certain areas should be set up which was incredibly helpful. The bridal and groom's suites were an added bonus that allowed us to comfortably get ready on-site. Special shout-out to Monica, who was amazing and made our day run seamlessly. Located beside the Noisette Creek at Holy City Brewing, The Porter Room offers a unique venue unlike any other in the Charleston area. The marsh-view side of the building features glass, retractable doors that span the length of the building and open up to a beautiful, private lawn. On the other side of the building, sliding glass doors open up to a large patio area that has the option to be tented. This space is fully equipped with an open dance floor, surround sound speakers, a catering kitchen, and a full bar with up to 8 Holy City Craft taps. The venue provides all bar glassware as well as table and chair seating for up to 100 guests at no additional cost. Just 10 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and walking distance to Park Circle’s restaurants, bars and shops, this beautifully versatile marsh front location provides the perfect setting for your special day.

The Porter Room was the perfect venue for our wedding! From the start, their communication was mainly via email, which was convenient and responsive. The space itself is great - it's a large, moldable area that allowed us to truly customize it for our special day. The easy access for set up and clean up was a huge plus, and the bar staff were amazing - timely, professional, and attentive to our guests. The event coordinator was also incredibly organized, available, and informative throughout the planning process. The beautiful marshlands in the back, lined with gorgeous oak trees, provided a stunning backdrop, and the blank canvas of the Porter Room resulted in photos that our guests are still raving about. I highly recommend this location for any event, especially a wedding!

The Corley Mill House is an Edwardian-era home built in 1908. The house was purchased and developed into an event venue in 1997 and with the additions of banquet space and gardens in 2001, the property has evolved into a multi-faceted venue for indoor and outdoor events of all types and sizes. The house was purchased in 2020 by Pam and John Banks. We are continually upgrading all of our spaces to make them lovely, but also functional for your entire wedding party. We host over 70 weddings here a year, but only one per day. We are old fashion customer service people. Our goal is to take care of you in every phase of the process.

Not only is this event space incredibly gorgeous but the event director, Emily Schultz, was the most helpful and professional that lead to a stress-free wedding experience. The space contains a large entry, spacious bar, beautiful main room, and a lounge and loft. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with brick, dark woods, green, and gold in a romantic and elegant way. There's tile and wood floors with decorated walls that made this area so much more appealing than an empty banquet hall. Emily communicated with me through email and phone quickly, often, and professionally. She was the biggest help to this out of town bride! Her and her team put on an amazing event down to personalized menus and beyond excellent service from the bartenders to the many servers. Our guests also told us that the filet they had was the best they ever had! We had 60 guests and had plenty of room for a dance floor, dj, and photobooth area. We did our cocktail hour and reception here. I could not recommend Halls enough!
