This space is 3000 square feet of ballroom overlooking the open Atlantic Ocean Wrap around porches including large screened porch and lower patio and lawn space.

    I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Everything was perfect and the guests loved the many rocking chairs available to them to sit and relax outside.
