Our wedding at Valley Run Farm was absolutely lovely and working with the Yost family was exceptional. Lynn was extremely helpful in every aspect. From beginning to end, her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail was spot on. The venue was able to accommodate our large wedding party and guests comfortably. They converted a pole barn/riding arena into a charming reception area which includes a bar, restrooms, 2 secluded bridal party rooms, and an outside patio area with exceptional views. In addition to the beautiful wooden tables and chairs, Lynn offered items, like table clothes, vases, lanterns, and other rustic decorations that we used on our special day. The Yost family was onsite and available for anything we needed during the rehearsal dinner and wedding day! I can’t thank them enough for making our best day perfect!

Their beautiful event space allowed us to bring our vision to life, and they anticipated our needs and those of our guests all day long. The Accelerator Space is such a fun, diverse venue with a really cool industrial vibe. It has so much space with a lot of natural lighting. Super nice guest bathrooms. Beautiful terrace and greenery in the outdoor space. Handicap accessible. Great people who are professional and easy to work with.

We held our rehearsal dinner here and the food and staff were amazing! We did buffet style and everyone was raving about how wonderful the food was, especially the bbq! They have beer and cocktail/liquor options for everyone. Highly recommend!

We just had our wedding at Olde Village Mill and could not have chosen a better venue! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Dianna & Daryl are a dream team. They made the entire process stress free for us. They are so detailed, thorough, reliable, flexible, attentive, professional, and they truly care about their clients experience. It was enjoyable working with them. Dianna & Daryl handled the vendors the day of (as well as coordinated with them leading up to the wedding) which helped alleviate stress from us. They set up all of our decorations and table settings so we didn’t have to worry about any of that. The venue looked magical and turned out exactly how we envisioned our wedding. There was not one thing I would have changed. I cannot recommend them enough! We had a great experience with Olde Village Mill and we’re so grateful to have worked with Dianna & Daryl

My husband and I had our Christmas-themed wedding at the Eden on December 10th of 2021, and I can’t sing the praises of the wedding coordinators, concierges, catering and janitorial staff enough. From start to finish we felt genuinely cared for by everyone in the resort...and I know how often they host weddings, but each and every person on the Eden team accommodated us in such a joyful way; as if we were the only wedding in the building. And it felt like they were sincerely happy for us. Which made the day feel really, really special. Madeline and Felicia, our wedding/day-of coordinators, attended to every last detail of the day, making sure that absolutely nothing was missed. They were present, intentional, flexible, and at times even borderline protective of me and my family. And that’s anything a bride could ever ask for. I couldn’t be more grateful. As far as the planning process goes: as a project manager, I very much appreciated the explicit, direct nature of their policies and procedures. After offering me several tours of the venue (MOB was from out of town and MOG wanted to see it on separate occasions) and answering all of my many many questions via phone and email, we had several formal meetings to comb through all the details and make sure we were on the same page. Maddie was able to help me delegate and manage my expectations, especially when it came to who was responsible for what, and even then bent over backwards to help me and my bridal party with day-of tasks. Thanks again to everyone on The Eden Resort & Suites staff. You were such a crucial part of our big day and we appreciate your hard work!

We rented half the upstairs area in Blue Pit for our rehearsal dinner and I have a feeling it won't be the last time we reach out to Blue Pit for an event or catering. Cara, the owner, is wonderful and very accommodating. The space is cute and quirky and doesn't need much decoration for events. The food is DELICIOUS every single time we visit and this was no exception. Our bartender and main point of contact for the night was Brad, who was amazing every step of the way. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Blue Pit every time. You can't go wrong here.

From the exposed brick walls, wooden beams and floors, the super cozy bridal suite and bachelor room for the men, not to mention the extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff, I was blown away by this venue. All of my guests raved about how unique the venue was and the beauty of the place. Brittany was an angel and so incredibly helpful in planning and organizing, which was even more meaningful as an out-of-state bride, she took away my worries and worked with my tight schedule in touring the venue and having our meeting virtual. The Barn at Silverstone is hands down the most gorgeous wedding venue with best in class service. I truly cannot express how wonderful this venue is, from the stunning reception barn, to the breathtaking ceremony spaces, the unique cocktail hour space, beautiful scenery, and most of all, the kind and professional staff. Miranda and Kristy are absolutely spectacular - they supported my husband and I throughout the whole process. On the day of, everything went SO smoothly thanks to them. They gracefully guided us throughout the day, making sure we were comfortable and that all of our requests and wishes were taken care of. Our guests raved about the venue all night and so did my husband and I! This was the first and ONLY venue we toured because we immediately knew it felt right and had everything we were looking for. Bowling Brook Mansion is incredible! This is a truly special venue. We offer our strongest possible recommendation, and our earnest thanks, to Debbie and her staff for making our wedding day more beautiful than we had ever imagined. The venue itself is gorgeous. The mansion is colorful and picturesque; the indoors are classy but not cluttered; the grounds are sprawling and luscious. We held our ceremony in a gorgeous, decorated, wooded grove, and took photos throughout the surrounding farmlands. We were very happy with the amount of space our guests had available to roam and mingle inside and outside the mansion. The ballroom was spacious, and with a cool summer evening, we were able to open an outdoor patio/tent area for guests to socialize. Also, when the evening wound down, we went to the roofdeck with close family and friends for a late afterparty under the stars—a gorgeous night in the countryside! Debbie and her staff are amazing. We can’t say enough about Debbie herself. She treated us like a member of her family, not just another customer. She was also easy to reach and easy to talk to throughout the planning process. She worked to understand our needs and sincerely respected our vision for our wedding, making several accommodations for our plans—such as permitting us to select off-list vendors, working with our family’s arrival time needs, and allowing us to stay in the honeymoon suite before the wedding. On our wedding day, she stayed on top of managing the vendors so that we could focus on enjoying ourselves. We owe a special thanks to Debbie’s staff for helping out in the aftermath of a hurricane. During the week before our wedding, the remnants of a tropical storm swept through Maryland. We were very worried that we would have to commit to an indoor ceremony, but the storm cleared late on Friday night, and Saturday was temperate and picturesque. Debbie and her staff arrived early Saturday morning and worked very hard to get the mansion and the grounds ready. Their hard work made our wedding day everything we wanted it to be. Landis Valley Farm & Museum was the absolute perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception! We knew when we were looking at venues that we wanted it in a barn setting and for the place to have a laid-back, fun, and casual feel. Landis was exactly that and more! Not only is the site maintained with the utmost care, but every building at the farm is so exquisitely quaint and beautifully rustic. Such a gorgeous place as a whole, especially for pictures during our big day. We knew during our very first meeting with Katelyn, our venue coordinator, that we were in good hands. Katelyn was experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and available by email at what seemed like the drop of a hat for all of our questions, big or small, leading up to our day. She was extremely organized and clear on expectations of what we should anticipate in having an event here. Like for example, making it clear from the day we scoped out the venue that it is an a la carte type venue, and we would be responsible for reaching out to all vendors that we would want to hire. She did provide a list of vendors that past weddings had used, which was extremely helpful, and we were lucky to find a few from that list, along with the others that we researched on our own. Katelyn’s attentiveness even the week of our wedding was so comforting. Along with our day of coordinator (that we hired from Fancy Peacock), Katelyn assisted in executing a check-in schedule for all of our vendors the day of, and everything went so smoothly! Landis does provide two attendants, one during the day and one night, who oversee the property - thanks, Dave and Elliot! Overall, if you don’t mind some DIY, and finding most vendors on your own like my husband and I, Landis makes for a dream come true wedding venue!

Here at Pleasant View Farm we do weddings a bit different than some venues. Here you get a wedding weekend and a B&B experience! After all we are a bed and breakfast inn. The property is yours for 3 days. The day before your wedding to set up and decorate just how you like and then time for your rehearsal. We ask that everything is cleared up and out the day after your wedding by 3PM. This allows you your wedding day to enjoy and get ready and have fun with your family and friends. Included in the wedding weekend are 3 outdoor ceremony sites, 2 barns one for your reception and one for in case your outdoor ceremony needs to move indoor, 2 patios for cocktail hour, tables and chairs, and our guest cottage with overnight accommodations for 6 guests for both nights plus breakfast. I recently held my wedding at Martin's West, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! My husband and I decided to get married last-minute due to my mom's late cancer diagnosis and terminal prognosis. With only two months, our options for venues were very limited. Harmony Hall Estate quickly became the obvious choice! PROS: Their pricing package is flexible, with lots of options to tailor your experience to your budget. With great options for in-house catering and decorating, you'll save a lot of money and time on both. You can also pay an additional fee to bring in outside caterers. The food at our wedding came from Karen's Catering, their in-house caterer. We enjoyed our dishes at dinner and during cocktail hour. The pretzel cart absolutely hit the spot, though, and was a hit with our guests. Overall, I'd say the food was satisfying. The bar options, like the food packages, are quite flexible. We chose to prepay our bar tab for our guests, which allowed us to be open bar up to a certain price. We were able to add more to that tab via cash during the wedding. The venue itself is beautiful, with plenty of outdoor location choices for your ceremony. The location is convenient, with hotels nearby and shuttles that run you and your guests to and from the venue. The farmhouse to get ready in is gorgeous and historic, making it a wonderful location for pictures. There are plenty of places on the property for taking beautiful portraits with your partner and family. The ballroom is spacious, with flexible floor plans that Jill will work with you to design. You'll receive access to Aisle Planner when you book with Harmony Hall Estate, which is a nice online service to upload all of your wedding information. Included is a service to make your reception floor plan. CONS: I was told the key to the farmhouse would be placed in the lockbox, but couldn't find it morning of. None of the contacts at Harmony Hall answered when I called, and it took us nearly 45 minutes of searching to finally find the key in a mailbox. We lost a lot of valuable time to get ready, which created stress, and on top of that the farmhouse was so hot that my bridesmaids and I were sweating bullets while trying to do our hair and makeup. The temperature inside the building was in the mid and upper seventies, which was brutal with so many people and hot hair tools on. Additionally, while they have plenty of pricing options, I will say that their information package is somewhat confusing and rather lengthy. It could be tweaked to be more streamlined for the sake of clarity. The crab dip that we paid extra for during cocktail hour was disappointing. I don't recommend paying the upcharge for it, sadly. It's also good to keep in mind that you will pay the same price for a vendor's plate as you will one of your guests. This wasn't communicated to me until I asked, so I do recommend that the staff at Harmony Hall make sure their clients are aware of this. Our bartender, though kind, was unfamiliar with many of today's popular drinks and was rather slow, which was disappointing. OVERALL: Harmony Hall Estate is a great venue for a budget-friendly, beautiful wedding! I'd like to add as a disclaimer that our timeline for wedding planning was especially short, so some of the shortcomings when it comes to clarity/explanations of things may very well just be due to our rushed timeline. Since we are based in Kentucky, it made it harder to communicate effectively with Jill and the team at Harmony Hall.

If you value a clear plan, assurance of care, and a professional experience for your wedding (who doesn’t?!), trust me when I say you MUST have your wedding at Chase Court. Invaluable to an anxious bride and type-A personality, David’s expertise constantly put my mind at ease every step of the way. As soon as I arrived to the wedding, David had already handled placements of vendors and other miscellaneous details that he gathered over months of planning and listening to what we wanted for our day. The courtyard was so beautiful that my mind instantly melted into our ceremony and its magical setting. Our guests were so impressed and stunned at the gothic aesthetics of the ballroom as well. Looking back on photos, I know we couldn’t have picked a better place. To put it simply, this venue and David’s experience with wedding events of all types make it the ultimate package. A totally timeless, adaptable, romantic, and UNIQUE place to get married. We will forever remember how perfect our special day was, thanks to Chase Court!

The folks at Westminster Hall we're immediately sympathetic, prepared, and accommodating, tailoring their already breathtaking space to the specific plans we had in place for an entirely different room. I had my rehearsal dinner at Luckie's and it was great. It was a casual atmosphere and we offered a slider station, the crab cake sliders were so good. This was really a one stop shop and they made the experience so easy and stress free.

We held our wedding reception at the B&O Railroad Museum and it was a perfect venue for our special day. Kathy, our main contact, was extremely responsive in answering all of our questions during the planning process. The museum was an air conditioned, spacious room that comfortably accommodated our 60 guests. We loved being able to take photos with the historic trains as a backdrop. The B&O staff, especially Kathy, ensured the room was properly set up, clean, and ready for our event. From start to finish, they made the experience nearly flawless. It was a beautiful, family-friendly atmosphere that lent itself well to celebration. I would highly recommend the B&O Railroad Museum as a unique and memorable wedding venue.

If you are looking for an outdoor / garden wedding venue, I highly recommend Prosperity Mansion & Farm. It offers stunning scenery and affordable prices that will fit your budget. There is a charming, vintage bridal cottage and a mancave that brides and grooms can use and enjoy while getting ready separately for the day. I especially love the ceremony area; there are these gorgeous Egyptian doors the bride walks through to walk down the aisle. These types of doors are rare for an outdoor space. The tent for the reception is beautiful and has a unique brick patio area. But I think my favorite part about this venue is all the different little areas on the property, including the gaming area and a bird sanctuary that are so unique. There is a formal garden, a game area, a swing, and even a firepit for making smores. There are just so many places to take beautiful pictures, which I think is important to capture on such an important day. You can really get so much on your wedding day for such reasonable prices. The staff at the Granary went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. We actually ended up needing to move our ceremony to a different area of the Granary hours before we were to start due to weather which caused us (bride and groom) to panic slightly but the staff went above and beyond to get it figured out and set up and it ended up phenomenal and none of the guests even knew. Everyone complimented us on how beautiful everything was and how smooth the transition went! The Thomas family jumped in to help wherever it was needed. The entire property is beautiful and there are so many different options for pictures! Would highly recommend to anyone!

We booked the Barn at Mount Hope for our wedding in March of 2019. Little did we know it would be rescheduled twice due to Covid-19. Nicole worked with us through everything from start to finish, twice and even sent us small tokens to let us know we weren't forgotten over the two years. We really appreciated her attention to detail and her willingness to help us in this crazy hectic time. Nicole and her team were amazing from 2019 to 2021 and we couldn't have been happier with the event. The wine was delicious and we made new cider fans out of some family members with that amazing blueberry cider. The Barn was a gorgeous venue for the wedding we had and the Renaissance Faire backdrop only added to the feeling. It was a truly magical evening for us

The historic, beautiful, and energizing waterfront location was quintessentially Baltimore and truly made our special day feel unique and memorable. Turf Valley and all its staff was so helpful, easy to work with, and professional throughout the planning process and the day of the wedding. They made sure to answer all my questions and the Matre D made sure that my wife and I ate on the day because you are so busy! The venue was absolutely beautiful and made for great photos. The rooms were nice and spacious to get ready in and very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing! And everyone still raves about it. I would definitely chose this venue over and over again.
