The Loft at Due South combines the celebrated cuisine of Due South Seafood Kitchen with a polished elegance that fuses perfectly for your special event. The Loft at Due South is comprised of 3 separate rooms. Each room can be reserved separately or you can reserve the entire Loft. The Main Ballroom has direct access to the bar as well as 2 patios and can seat up to 150 guests. The Augusta Room and The Savannah Room both seat up to 50 guests, but the difference is that the Augusta room has a window and the Savannah room is a bit larger. As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.
