Our event spaces
The Foundry
With an exposed brick wall, pre-function area, and a balcony overlooking the River Walk this room could be the perfect spot for your unique and signature event. The foundry can be divided up into two different spaces depending on the size of your event.
Included in this room:
The Foundry is made up of 6,110 square feet of event space. The dimensions of this space are 114’ X 56’. This event can be divided up into two separate event spaces. Perfect for an end of the year luncheon, reception, or specialty event. The Foundry in its entirety will comfortable provide banquet seating for 352 guests or theatre seating for up to 540 event attendees. If you are looking for a more traditional classroom setting, this space can be set up for 376 attendees.
South Exhibit Hall
This room use to be the very place where molten iron from the furnace was poured every day, into hundreds of sand molds which lines the floor. Now the possibilities are endless when hosting events in the South Hall. Its ability to transform from a concert venue with 2,300 guests or an exhibit hall confirms that this space will undoubtedly fulfill all of your needs. It is the perfect destination for trade shows, meetings and breakout sessions, or even a large wedding
North/Center Hall
This room use to be the very place where the machine shop made ice machines, steam engines, stoves, cane mills, and other products. Now it’s the center place for all of your event needs. The historic feel of this room can add the perfect touch to any wedding ceremony and/or reception, convention trade shows, and so much more.
Included in this room:
The Center Hall, 7,802 square feet of event space, is perfect if you need an additional area for your event, have a smaller guest size, or want to have a more private area for a VIP reception for your guests. The dimensions of this space are 112’ X 64’. The North Hall in its entirety will comfortable provide banquet seating for 968 guests or theatre seating for up to 1691 event attendees. If you are looking for a more traditional classroom setting, this space can be set up for 592 attendees. The Center Hall can seat contented 352 guests banquet style, 695 guests theatre style, or 592 guests classroom style setting
Iron Works Ballroom
Looking to make your event a grand experience? The sophisticated elegance of the Iron Works Ballroom is the perfect backdrop for any meeting or event. Wall-to-wall carpet and beautiful chandeliers create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all of your guests. Home to a variety of events including the annual Jim Blanchard Leadership Forum. The versatility of this space is extraordinary.

The Iron Works Ballroom is made up of 21,670 square feet of event space with a ceiling height of 19’10” at its highest point. The total space can be divided into 3 separate exhibit spaces. The ballroom is surrounded by over 29,336 square feet of pre-function space, and 20,060 square feet of an exterior balcony that overlooks the beautiful river. This space is perfect for additional exhibitor booths, registration, or buffet tables.
