Ventanas is Atlanta’s premier event space with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows which reveal a sweeping view of downtown and midtown Atlanta – a view that soars from Stone Mountain to Kennesaw Mountain. Perched atop the 14th and 15th stories of the Park Pavilion building in the city’s Centennial Park District, Ventanas offers 9,547 inspiring square feet of premier indoor and outdoor rooftop space across the street from Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola. The space is only one block from the CNN Center, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, American Cancer Society and AmericasMart.

Featuring a terraced Twin Level event space with a skyline view and a roof top Helipad for that spectacular departure, Ventanas sets the perfect scene for your unique celebration. Inclusive package $22,000 for 135 guests including cocktail hour passed hors d' oeuvres, three course plated dinner ( wedding cake for dessert), four hour bar package. Additional guests $155 inclusive per guest. Includes tables, linens, chiavari chairs, Uplights, day of coordinator. Ceremony fee $1000. Package price is not adjusted for lower guest count under. Offered for available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in January & February.

Description

Vistas and Vows Brunch package includes two passed appetizers for cocktail hour, brunch buffet, wedding cake, bottomless mimosas, tables, linens, chiavari chairs, uplights, ceremony and reception space, day of coordinator. Inclusive price for up to 100 guests. Additional guest $100 inclusive per guest. Package price is not adjusted for lower guest count. Five hour event including guest seating and ceremony. Event must be complete by 3pm. Dates based on availability.

This venue is absolutely breathtaking, the views, the location, the helipad, the possibilities of converting the space until endless visions. The staff, the food. I can’t say enough good things about Ventanas. I would have events there time and time again and recommend them every time!!

Ventanas is an amazing space with a black palette where you can create the look you desire while having the stunning view of Atlanta. The outdoor patio on the 14th floor is refreshing and comfortable with the lounge seating and such! Dana and the team are great to work with and the chef delivers both quality and creativity! I have hosted and/or attended numerous events there and it never dissapoints!

Parking is available around the venue in the following locations: Garage adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn, College Football Hall of Fame, & Georgia Aquarium. There are also several surface lots and street parking around the venue as well. Rates for parking will vary by location. Availability of parking is impacted by the volume of guests & events in downtown Atlanta. Uber & Lyft recommended

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens in black, white or ivory.

Your reservation includes four hours if reception only and five hours if ceremony is onsite. Vendor set up three hours prior and load out 90 minutes after the event. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 60 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Our venue is located 12 miles from Hartsfield Jackson Airport. . You can reach our venue by public transportation via MARTA, Uber, Lyft or taxi.

The venue carries liability insurance. Your decision on wedding insurance for protection due to other circumstances including cancellation is based on your comfort level.

Food and beverage minimum varies by the day of the week and time of day. Saturday food and beverage minimum is $15,000++ and Friday and Sunday is $10,000++. See venue guide for weekday minimums and facility rentals.
