We’re John & Jaime Boling, and we turned our corporate blahs into a fabulous dream with Milepost 1808! Growing up on southern farms, we always yearned to get back to our roots. With six years of event planning experience from Greenville Magazine, I thrived on the buzz of big bashes. Then, two years ago, we dove into planning our daughter’s wedding, and bam! I was hooked on the joy of it all! So, we took a bold leap, snagged 30 acres, and rolled up our sleeves to transform our vision into reality: an agricultural paradise, a horse boarding haven, and a stunning event venue! Fast forward to August 2024, and our event barn is finally ready to rock! We can’t wait to bask in all the love as families and friends come together to celebrate. I mean, who doesn’t love a good love story, right?

Along with our privately owned estate featuring a variety of stunning ceremony and reception possibilities, plus accommodations for overnight guests, Chota Falls offers you something else: the joy of bringing your families together in one place.

Festive on Augusta is an event/meeting space with a full DHEC permitted catering kitchen. We have a dedicated hostess/beverage area for coffee, tea, adult beverages or dessert service. We have a selection of preferred vendors for catering, beverage service, specialty baked goods or cakes. We are happy with work with any DHEC permitted, licensed and insured caterer.

Events at Judson Mill is home to two gorgeous wedding & event venues and two outdoor courtyard spaces in a refurbished textile mill. The Annex offers a light, airy, and open feel with 16-foot ceilings, historic mill windows for plenty of natural lighting, original timber beams, 100-year-old exposed brick masonry, original hardwood floors, graceful chandeliers, and remote-controlled doors for a grand wedding entrance. The Smokestack offers your guests an intimate 3,200 square feet of event space, suitable for weddings and events up to 200 attendees.
