Summit Catering officially opened in 1991. The owner built this small family business from the ground up. In 1998, they welcomed their first child with three more to follow. They work alongside Joe and Dory to help this family business thrive. In 2018, Summit welcomes Chef Kevin to their team to work alongside Joe. Our event planners, Alysa and Tori, will be with you from booking to executing your wedding day. They work 24/7 to ensure you a stress-free wedding planning experience. I also dominate other classic cuisines such as Japanese, Asian fusion, Italian, French, Creole. We also do hibachi. Working in the culinary industry now for 18 years, I've developed a passion for cooking.
