I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Van Cliburn/McDavid Studio on 10/19/24 and it was perfect. We ended up with about 230 guests. The space is beautiful and the event coordination team (Remelee and Justin) were fantastic to work with throughout the whole planning process. They were responsive and helpful and everything came together perfectly on the big day. I highly recommend this venue!

The staff felt more like family by the time our big day arrived, and they went above and beyond to help us achieve our vision. They even assisted us in surprising my fiance with a string quartet performance! Hallie and her team were everything I could have hoped for (professional, trustworthy, focused and fun) leading up to our event and on the day of making the day run so smoothly. Our dj Cody was a perfect fit for us too, he had great energy and read the room beautifully making perfect song selections.
