We can accommodate parties as large as 400 guests with over 7000sf indoors and a 23 foot window wall that overlooks a gorgeous tree line.

The Lookout

The Lookout Atop the Grand View.

Ascend to the second floor, aptly named the Lookout, and be captivated by its bird's eye view of the serene Texas wooded tree line. With a total area of 1,650 square feet, including a spacious 1,200 square foot lounge and storage area, the Lookout provides an intimate and inviting space for smaller events or serves as a hub for groomsmen during wedding day preparations.

This package is for our corporate events looking for the prefect place to hold meetings, trainings, or speaker events! This is a $500 per hour with a 4 hour minimum Monday--Thursday Package! You can add on The Lookout for $100 per hour.

This is package is for our upstairs space only, which is great for after hours events, rehearsal dinners, showers, birthday parties, or retirement parties! The $1600 is 4 hours on a Monday-Thursday The $2400 is 6 hours on Friday or Sunday
