From the moment I reached out to Rio Hondo by Wedgewood Weddings, their communication was fast and responsive. They always said "yes" to my ideas, making the planning process incredibly easy. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with ample space and stunning rose bushes that elevated the ceremony area. mpliments for the food during our wedding, and the staff took such great care of us during our wedding day. We both wish we could go back to the venue just to try food there again. Shauna, who we initially worked with when we signed on to work with the Fig House, was really great and worked with us so well. At first, the venue was out of our price range, but she worked to get it down to a price we were comfortable with. As we got closer to the big day, Shauna was subbed out for Kevin on the event staff. Our process took a little bit of a turn here as Kevin, while nice and easy to work with in our 1 on 1 interactions, was ultimately not the most helpful and caused as quite a bit of stress in the lead up to our big day. We were sent the wrong bill, told about some restrictions to the venue really late in the process, and were unacknowledged by him on the day of our rehearsal. We really recommend the Fig House to anyone looking for an intimate and unique space in LA, but can’t recommend working with Kevin. It’s also helpful to know that the venue has some limitations with timing, the use of outside vendors, and some hidden fees!

Mary-Anne was very helpful the whole way through. They did a vendor expo that made the decision-making process extremely easier. It was great that we did not have to go to another venue. Everything can take place there: ceremony & reception! Plenty of room for up to 200 guests. Beautiful scenery, very photogenic! No complaints on the food or appetizers. We were having a difficult time finding our perfect venue, and then along came The Revery. It is a stunning blank canvas with a touch of industrial appeal, something my partner and I were definitely fans of both being from NYC originally. Beautiful bathrooms, a full kitchen for catering, and a lovely little room for the wedding party to hide out in as need be. There are options for basic rentals, but the best part about this place is the flexibility to make it whatever you want it to be! We held our ceremony in one portion of the downstairs veranda, and cocktail hour on the other side. Then everyone went upstairs to the big reveal of the reception. So convenient to have it all in one place. The surrounding area also has some really cool graffiti, as well as some vibrant green space, perfect for taking different arrays of photographs. Monica is the sweetest, and she and her team were very helpful and responsive, and despite how busy they are, would always find time for us. They made everything flow so seamlessly and feel so special on our big day. We seriously couldn't be happier with choosing The Revery for our wedding.

The team at Peace Cottage was very responsive, replying to all of my inquiries within 2 hours. I rented the entire house and backyard for my engagement party, and they provided the space for a full 24 hours - much more than I expected. Their team was extremely helpful, treating me very professionally while also working with me in a personalized, family-like way. The space was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the master bedroom was a hidden gem that served as my own private retreat. Overall, the value I received far exceeded what I paid - my engagement party was a truly memorable day thanks to the flawless service and attention to detail from the Peace Cottage team.

I had my wedding at St. Anthony's Catholic Croatian Church in November 2022 and I could not have dreamed of a better venue! This venue has it all: a beautiful church to hold the wedding ceremony, a newly renovated bar to hold cocktail hour and a breathtakingly gorgeous reception hall. Guests were blown away by the modern elegance of St. Anthony's. The coordinators were amazing and so accommodating. I truly cannot recommend St. Anthony's enough!

We are a Top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.

The Oviatt Penthouse is a ridiculously unique venue. The outdoor patios are amazing- perfect for the ceremony, dinner and dancing. We had a band and it was perfect. The views are insane. The bridal suite is the original owner's bedroom- all w/ original furniture. Gorgeous. The staff were AMAZING. Super cool, down to earth, normal people who are great at their jobs. The Hoxton Hotel is a true original as it is unlike any other chic hotel in all of downtown Los Angeles. I have had the pleasure of working with most of the staff, especially those in the event planning department, and at every level my expectations were exceeded. I found the Team Members to be great communicators, organized, and professional from beginning to end. What a memorable night! Well executed, shocking, funny, creepy and easy to get engulfed. The actors did a spectatular job and the venue is everything I wanted from head to toe. They adjust according to your needs and work off based on different personalities from your guests. The lighting, the music, the mood. They accomodated my needs and kept in contact with me through the planning process. They handled ultimately everything and made my night very special. The photobooth was such a special touch and guests could send gifs/images to themselves. They provide parking for hosts but parking around can be challening but not impossible since there are metered parking all around! It can be a little challenging to find since the outside is black and discrete. It really goes with the theme perfectly. I highly recommend!
