“Cassidy put together the florals for our wedding this weekend. We ordered arbor flowers that Cassidy recycled to our cake and sweetheart table. Unfortunately the wind during the first half of our reception was a little WILD so my current photos of that aren’t able to do it justice until my photos come in. However, I have some photos of the flowers before I sent them off for preservation as well. We also used Cassidy for rentals of pillar candles and bud vases. She assembled those and had welcome table greens for us, my bouquet, and my husband’s boutonniere. I was constantly adding things to the list like some spray flowers for my photographers for my flat lays. But she managed it. Cassidy attended our walk through to make sure that she saw the property and knew where our flowers would be doing. She provided some inspiration photos based on what I wanted and she delivered on that for sure! I think the centerpieces in particular were EXACTLY what I was looking for. She really nailed those and they turned out beautifully. When we didn’t know what we wanted or struggled to get a good vision going, she made some suggestions and went through the pros and cons with me of options. “Where to even begin when it comes to my absolute love and adoration for all things Poppin’ Peonies, but most of all my complete love for BRE!!! From the beginning my 3 non negotiables for our wedding were FOOD,FLOWERS, & PHOTOS. And when I tell you Bre delivered and exceeded my expectations I am not lying. I booked with Bre after having a weird gut feeling with a previous wedding floral designer. The energy was off and I didn’t feel heard with the other designer but after my initial consultation call with Bre, I not only felt heard I felt as if I was talking to a friend. Our first call was one hour and it felt like 10 minutes. She understood the sentimental importance of florals for me personally and gave honest insight on design and cohesion. She didn’t dismiss what I thought I wanted. Instead she gave BETTER and more realistic options of availability during the time of year we were getting married (JULY in VA in no joke… LOL) I not only felt heard but increasingly validated by Bre and all nerves about the design of the day melted away. Looking at our florals and design for our wedding it is something truly timeless but also unique and wild at the time. It is EXACTLY what I wanted and turned out better than imagined. All the florals I had saved and envisioned over the years from bridal magazines, Pinterest, and even mine and my late mother’s favorite florals were incorporated into our special day. On a personal note, Bre was so diligent and intentional when it came to my late Mothers “ In Loving Memory of” chair during our ceremony ,that is easily one of the most sentimental moments of our wedding. For that alone, I am eternally grateful. Bottom line, you absolutely cannot go wrong with booking with Poppin Peonies and Bre.
