Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

We are Northampton's newest, most modernized banquet facility, however Union Station has been a fixture for over 100 years. Originally built in 1897, Union Station pairs history and modernization, with our premiere 200 seat ballroom, three restaurants, and adjoining ancillary spaces such as The Atrium, The Lounge, and The Blue Goose. New Park offers two amazing spaces that are unparalleled in the CT area. Fondly named The Barrel Room and The Green Room, they have been lovingly restored and offer vaulted ceilings, beautiful polished concrete floors, gorgeous wood bars, and an industrial but rustic vibe. Our smaller room, The Barrel Room features views into our brew house and barrel aging vault with a seated capacity of 76. Our newer and larger space, The Green Room, features views into our Patty's pizza kitchen and has a seated capacity of 132. BLDG 4 is a Connecticut historic event venue specializing in weddings, private parties and corporate functions. Our capacity for sit down is (250) and cocktail is (500)! We have ample amount of parking and we offer great amenities! We offer tables, chairs, support staff, indoor & outdoor spaces along with much more. All of our wedding packages include full access the day of and a wedding suite. You can also upgrade to our Penthouse Wedding Suite for those couples who need a bit more.
