I couldn't have asked for a better venue and management from Curry Estate. The sisters that own this venue truly made my husband and I feel like a part of their family. There was constant communication from booking to wedding day, with a year and a half in between. The grounds are beautiful and everyone at Curry Estate acted with intention to make our day the most amazing day that it was. We would recommend this venue to anyone a million times over. The planning, food, staff and day of coordination couldn't have been better. Our guests continue to tell us how amazing the day was and it is without a doubt a result of the wonderful team that runs and owns this venue.

Loved having an onsite property for our family and closest friends to stay. Ashley and Lindsay were amazing venue managers and great communicators ahead of and during the wedding weekend. Plus they have an on site weather station for the most accurate weather read!

Weeks later, we're still absolutely gushing over the Mansion! It was the perfect venue for our wedding. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to luxurious facilities, not to mention the stunning views. We had the pleasure of working with Alexandra(Alex) we could not have asked for a better person! Alex knew all of our family members and bridal party’s names, and was extremely personable. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of all night. She brought me a snack before the ceremony and continuously brought me my water all day and night (without me asking)They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout your entire day and their top notch team(along with our caterer David Alan) ensured that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. In the early stages of planning we worked with Jessica Hess and she is extremely helpful and communicative. The mansion truly felt like home for the day. We hosted our ceremony on the vista , cocktail hour was on the terrace, and we had dinner in the East ballroom. Guests were in awe of the estate (we also lucked out with absolutely perfect weather), and how every detail was perfectly executed. Our special day was truly a dream and felt like it was out of a movie! We could not recommend the Wadsworth Mansion enough, and can't wait to return for future celebrations. It's definitely well-worth the investment and would 10/10 recommend hosting your special day here! The venue had a few hiccups, but overall we had a lovely reception there. The outdoor space was the highlight - truly gorgeous for photos. Communication on coordination was a bit spotty at times, but the maître d', Sergio, was a god send and stepped in to ensure things flowed smoothly. The food was phenomenal, as well! So many of our guests shared it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. We did have both our bridal attendants provided by the venue disappear on us shortly after we arrived, which was inconvenient since we would have paid for our own attendants if we knew that would be the case. While parts of the indoor space is dated, it worked out beautifully with some creative decor. When weighing everything in, the Woodwinds was a spectacular venue!

Worked with the woodwinds at the library and they were so helpful. They showed me ahead of time where I was setting up, on arrival they had a table waiting for me. They even made sure I ate (the food is delicious!!!) I hope I get to work with them in the future!

If you have the means to, choose Bill Miller's as your venue! My now husband and I were treated like royalty from the first tour to our wedding day. We were never without a beverage and were well fed (almost too full!). Mary was our coordinator, and was never hard to reach. We chose this venue for a few reasons: we would have the venue for the whole day to ourselves, all-inclusive with fantastic food and great drinks, a solid indoor/rain option for the ceremony, and a coordinator was included. Bill Miller's really made our day seamless and everything was incredible. Thank you Mary and everyone at Bill Miller's for a wonderful stress-free day!

The Bird and Bottle Inn was the perfect fairytale setting for our wedding. From the beginning, there were many emails back and forth to get all the details just right, but the staff was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire planning process. But they really shined the day of the wedding. The set-up and ceremony went so smoothly, they made sure everything was taken care of. Even last minute timeline switches like cutting the cake earlier in the night was made easy. We also were able to stay at the inn and get ready there which made things much easier on us. They had our signature drinks, champagne, and food ready and waiting for all the guests as soon as the ceremony was over. I have been to weddings where the entire cocktail hour we were just waiting on line to get a drink, this was perfectly set up. Drinks were also being continually poured and served at an inside and an outside bar, and if you couldn’t make it to the bar there was always a server nearby to help. There was even one server who was assigned just to us, he went above and beyond, always made sure we had anything we needed, always getting us drinks or more food, it was wonderful. And the food… the food was simply amazing - usually wedding food can be boring, or like it was just mass produced and pumped out of the kitchen, but their food was perfect. I am still thinking about the short rib and our guests are still raving about it over a month later. Literally one guest saying it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. And the space is so beautiful, there are so many lovely place for photos, and really makes it seem like you are in an enchanted place. The bridge over the little babbling brook for a first look, the garden ceremony by the pond, the cocktail hour on the patio, are just to name a few of the perfect spots on the property. And having our Photo Booth inside on the velvet couch was a unique touch guests really enjoyed! Not to mention getting our own private cottage to stay in! We also were able to move inside to the bar after the wedding was over with just the couple guests that were staying with us at the Inn and it was a lovely way to wind down after all the festivities were over. The entire team at The Bird and Bottle Inn truly went above and beyond to ensure our special day was everything we dreamed it would be. We couldn't have asked for a more magical venue to celebrate our love

Locust Grove Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first contacted them, the staff was attentive and prompt in responding to all of our questions. The value they provided was exceptional - the timeless elegance of the estate and its beautiful grounds created the ideal backdrop for our photos and ceremony. I was able to get ready in the charming Greystone Manor, where the old-world charm added a special touch to our pictures. The ability to utilize the stunning grounds for both our ceremony and photography made the day truly perfect. This timeless location is one I would recommend to any couple 10 out of 10 times.

Crabtree's Kittle House is a wonderful location with a scenic landscape along with fantastic food and staff. We have worked in many wedding venues before but Kittle House has always stood out. We actually have one of our packages named "Elegance" just because of Kittle House. The reason we named it this is because a lot of brides who books with us who's having a wedding at KH often say they want something "Elegant" like their venue. True story....

Saint Clements Castle provided a beautiful venue and kind staff for our wedding day. We especially appreciated our sales coordinator, Alyssa, who was professional, fast, and clear in her communication throughout the planning process. When rain forced us to move the ceremony indoors, the team quickly adapted the art gallery for us. The servers and bridal attendants were also attentive and went above and beyond to help finish set up when our florist left early. Our guests had incredibly kind things to say about the servers, and overall we had a great experience. It was also lovely to have a place that was a one stop shop for event planning! We did lose some decor in the shuffle which was an inconvenience, and some of the instructions for set up I left were not followed (our confetti got lost, only four guests got packets, the bridal suites did not have the supplies we left for them). My husband’s family were also really upset with one of the managers on property who wouldn’t allow them to walk in a covered area and was a bit rude about it, despite an event not happening and the rain being a torrential downpour causing unsafe conditions for his elderly family to walk in. Overall we had a great experience, and would recommend the castle to anyone planning a wedding!

Booking with The Wedding Foundry at Liberty View Farm is the best thing my husband and I have ever done. We were looking to have a small intimate wedding, but every venue tour we did still had a 75-100 person minimum and required a large cost requirement for catering. Then I happened upon The Wedding Foundry when researching micro weddings. We had one phone call with Billiam and immediately signed the contract, without even viewing the venue first. As a bride, the fact that they were including the venue, the officiant, photography, florals and catering was the best thing ever. It took so much stress off of me while planning this wedding, as I did not have to run around to different vendors. Billiam and Erica were extremely communicative and really took the time to learn what we were looking for. Day of, Billiam and his day of coordinator Cathy made sure the day ran perfectly. We were absolutely blown away from how beautiful our venue was. The florals they created made our wedding look like a fairy tale. Our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. Erica was an absolute pro with photography, really taking her time with my husband and I for our portraits. Throughout the night she made sure to capture every moment. Erica sent teasers to us within a week of our wedding and the photos are beautiful. The officiant, Michele, was amazing. She created the most personalized and beautiful ceremony that fit us perfectly. We loved how she included a hand-fasting ceremony as well. Multiple guests approached us to let us know that there was not a single dry eye during our ceremony. The Wedding Foundry truly created our perfect day. We are so happy with our intimate wedding, we had 46 of our closest friends and family and everyone truly enjoyed the day. We had the best experience with Factoria and our coordinator, Megan! We were able to host our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and after party using different settings around the venue. Megan was a great resource throughout the planning process and open and honest throughout. She made sure everything went perfectly all weekend, making sure we had time to slow down and truly enjoy the day and weekend despite how busy we were. The food and drinks were incredible during the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and the reception. Service was great and the staff were not only attentive to us but to our guests as well. We truly had the best experience. The whole team at Factoria gave us the most amazing wedding weekend (we wish we could go back and do it all over again!)

Rokeby allows for so much flexibility- we could choose where to have the ceremony, where to have the reception, whether or not to stay overnight in the mansion. We could structure our day however we wanted knowing that we had no restrictions other than what time the reception had to end. Marina's love and attachment to Rokeby shone through and transferred to us. The view cannot be beat, the grounds are gorgeous and the porch is the perfect location for cocktail hour.

We started the wedding planning process by starting to look at venues. Falkirk was the first venue we had toured and immediately fell in love with it. From seeing the golf course, the waterfall, the gazebo, and incredible views, it was breathtaking and we imagined ourselves getting married there immediately. We met with Andrea during our tour, and had the pleasure of getting to work with her throughout our planning process, and was absolutely incredible on the day of our wedding! She made herself available to answer our (many) questions, going over timelines, and ensuring that our vision and dreams for the day came true. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the entire wedding weekend. Andrea was an absolute gem to work with, and made sure everything we dreamed of came true. And when we got the opportunity to have fireworks during our reception?! To this day, we have friends and family still talking about the firework show. Andrea worked seamlessly with other vendors and the firework staff to make sure it was a surprise show that no one would forget. Our wedding day was a dream, and we are so glad we had it at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club. I honestly forget if I already wrote a review for The Lace Factory, but recently I was reflecting on our wedding day and a few things stuck out that had me so thankful we held our reception at The Lace Factory. From the beginning of the planning process the team is extremely clear and communicative. I love a checklist and theirs is one that ensures nothing will be forgotten. Our guests are still sharing how gorgeous the venue was, how incredible the food spread was, and one detail I was surprised by, from my cousin who has been to their fair share of large celebrations. "The food was not only delicious, but they managed to serve such a large group and the food was actually hot!" This speaks to the well-oiled machine that is The Lace Factory and it must be emphasized that this machine has heart. They accomplished another feat of having my family and I not worry about the severe allergy of my dad, as they adjusted the menu accordingly, without us having to miss out on all the options. This carried over to assist some guests who also had specific dietary needs. I realize this sounds boring, but it is wonderful to know your guests are safe and fed and focus on the celebrating! The Lace Factory is a venue that can transform your wedding into something beyond your dreams while holding true to your vision.

They had faith that the rain would let up just in time for our outdoor ceremony, and we are so grateful we went for it because it truly did turn out perfectly. HISTORY OF ROWSLEY The Scarsdale Woman's Club is headquartered in Rowsley, a 19th century manor house, set on almost four acres amid magnificent trees and plantings. The house was built in 1858 by William Bailey Lang, an English iron merchant. He fashioned it after a property in Derbyshire, England. Among the notable plantings on the site are the 470-year-old white oak tree and the massive rhododendron, both in the front of the property. Rowsley was named an Historic Landmark by the Village of Scarsdale in 1968, and in 2008, it was designated by the nation as a site on its National Register of Historic Places. The Scarsdale Woman's Club was an incredible venue for our wedding. From the beginning, Marianne and Chris were open and communicative, making us feel like part of their family as we planned our special day. Their committee members were amazing to work with, helping us utilize the timeless, warm, and stunning space to perfection. On the day of, Art worked tirelessly to set up and break down everything seamlessly. The entire team contributed to making our wedding day special and worry-free. We're so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend the Scarsdale Woman's Club to any couple looking for a beautiful, welcoming venue with top-notch service. We were married under the 450 year old oak tree, and everything was just amazing. You also have the freedom to choose all your own vendors.

We could not be more happy with how our wedding turned out at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht Club. There are so many things that make this venue special. The service, the scenery, the food, and the run of show were all spectacular. The service. We received attentive and detailed service throughout the entire planning process. The director of events, Bob, answered all of our emails promptly and with detail. He is a wonderful man who goes above and beyond to make sure that we were thoroughly satisfied and feeling well taken care of. Bob was so fantastic at helping us come up with solutions to challenges that emerged at different stages of the planning process, and we couldn’t have pulled off the party we wanted without his patience, thoughtfulness, and support. On the day of, we were made to feel so special by all the staff at MBYC. We were given a personal “bridal attendant” who followed us around all day and attended to any needs we had that came up- like holding my bouquet during photos, getting us fresh drinks, grabbing some items from the bridal suite. All of our guests were telling us how impressed they were by the level of service and consideration they received from all the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and in great spirits. The scenery. The venue space at MB&YC is truly RIGHT on the water! It is so incredibly gorgeous. The cocktail hour is on a beautiful deck over the water. The reception is in a ballroom with giant windows facing the water. The space does not need much more decoration to feel special. It is elegant and special, yet practical, home-y, and not at all stuffy. The food. We were so impressed by the food. Typically wedding food is basic and mass produced, but every dish at MB&YC felt special. We had so many friends after the wedding recounting their favorite bites throughout the night. The mac and cheese bites as well as the New York Strip Steak were definitely crowd pleasers. Not only was the food plentiful, but it was all also incredibly tasty. Bob and his staff also made sure to take care of our guests with dietary restrictions. Everyone ate well at our wedding. The run of show. Bob and his team were working very hard the evening of our wedding to ensure the schedule was kept and everything went as planned. Leading up to the event, Bob heard all of our concerns and desires, and he was able to execute a fabulous event the evening of our wedding. I was never once concerned that something was missing or forgotten, I trusted Bob and I knew he was going to make sure we had a perfect night. Overall, definitely book your wedding here at MB&YC! We can’t speak highly enough about our special day here!

We were so lucky to celebrate our wedding at A Private Estate, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. When we were searching for a venue, we visited A Private Estate in the depth of winter during a snowstorm, but even then, we immediately knew it was the perfect place for us. Ripley, the owner, was friendly and direct, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure people had an amazing experience. The property was beautifully maintained, and the convenience of having the Carriage House accommodation along with the barn for the reception made it a much better value than most other venues we considered. We chose to have our ceremony outside, overlooking the Hudson River, which created a breathtaking and peaceful setting for our vows. The manor house made for a stunning backdrop for our family photos, adding a touch of elegance to the day. We held our reception in the barn, which we highly recommend to other couples. The rustic charm of the space, combined with the elegance of the estate, created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. Our mid-August wedding was made even more memorable by the beauty and ambiance of the setting. The property manager, Jack, went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. Not only did he assist us with practical matters, like putting up blinds in the Carriage House to help our family members' kids sleep, but he also saved the day when a special bottle of wine we had intended to keep was accidentally thrown out by the caterers. Jack took it upon himself to dig it up and return it to us—an act of kindness we won’t forget. We are incredibly grateful for the hospitality and attention to detail from both Jack and Ripley. Constructed soon after the Great Fire of 1902, The United Bank Building was built to house two banks whose previous buildings had been destroyed, New Milford Savings Bank and the New Milford First National Bank. The two banks immediately organized to rebuild, quickly agreeing in principal to build a joint facility on the site of the New England House, a locally well known tavern and inn located at the corner of Bank and Main Street. For most of its life, the building had been used in some form of a bank, but had been largely under-used in recent decades, and had fallen into disrepair. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and taken over by Village Green Investments in 2015. After 9 months of renovations, the building became 19Main. Throughout renovations, we strived for modern amenities with historic elegance; three vaults remain from the building’s former bank days.
