The Chapel Restoration provides a beautiful and unique backdrop for your intimate wedding. Perched high on the banks of the majestic Hudson River in the quaint, historic village of Cold Spring, NY, the Chapel Restoration boasts spectacular views of the Hudson River and many amenities including nearby access to Metro-North and ample parking.

The Chapel Restoration

The historic chapel seats up to 94 people, has abundant natural lighting from triple windows on the north and south sides of the chapel and features an antique candelabra for optional candlelight. The Steinway grand piano and antique pipe organ provide ample opportunity for live musical accompaniment to your wedding. The chapel also features state-of-the-art climate control. The Chancery building on the grounds offers two bathrooms, including a spacious dressing suite with makeup mirrors, kitchen, and a meeting area with an elegant stone courtyard for toasts and refreshments.

    We could not have asked for a more perfect ceremony venue for our wedding! Communication with Stephen was incredibly easy—he was always willing to help and went above and beyond by taking us on multiple tours, sharing the full history of the space. Coordinating a pianist for the ceremony was seamless, and they were even able to practice in the space beforehand. Our florist had no issues setting up, and everything went smoothly. Our rehearsal was excellent, with Stephen on site to offer helpful input from previous weddings. Practicing the doors with him was invaluable, especially since he was there on the wedding day to ensure everything went perfectly. On the day of the ceremony, Stephen and Linda were both on site, greeting guests and vendors, and they helped us secure a separate space for personal items. The ceremony went exactly as we rehearsed—smooth and flawless. The space itself is gorgeous, intimate, and the views of the river were absolutely stunning, especially on the perfect day we had. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and seamless experience for our wedding ceremony.

    I can not sau enough good things about Stephen ans his team at The Chapel Restoration. From organization, scheduling and communication to the attentive care we received that day it made for a beautiful ceremony. The price was well worth it and goes to a great cause as the funds help the continued restoration and maintenance of the chapel. We received our allotted deposit money back with in days of the ceremony as promised. I highly recommend.

    My husband and I were married at The Chapel Restoration and it was the most magical setting for our intimate celebration. The chapel overlooks the Hudson River which makes it a fantastic location for photos. The chapel itself is historic and beautifully maintained. The staff is caring and attentive. We highly recommend you consider the chapel for your special day!

    The Chapel Restoration is THE perfect wedding ceremony venue in the Hudson Valley. It’s charming, beautiful, and the acoustics are amazing! If music factors into your wedding at all, don’t hesitate to book this place. The chapel’s music director hooked us up with amazing professional string and organ players. Stephen the event coordinator is so helpful and kind, and his assistant Linda was a lifesaver helping to carry my train in the pouring rain. Thank you again, we couldn’t have pulled it off without you!!
