Our Club stands apart from other wedding venues because it’s nestled among some of Massachusetts’ most beautiful woodland and wetlands. Long Hill is a property of The Trustees of Reservations, a Massachusetts non-profit corporation. From 1916 to 1979, Long Hill was the summer home of noted author and editor of The Atlantic Monthly, Ellery Sedgwick. He summered here with his first wife, Mabel Cabot Sedgwick, an accomplished horticulturist, gardener, and author of The Garden Month by Month, and his second wife, Marjorie Russell Sedgwick, a rare plants specialist—both of whom created a delightful, enchanting landscape, surrounded by more than 100 acres of woodland. Today, visitors delight in the beauty of Long Hill’s structured and naturalistic gardens as well as a network of woodland trails. A diverse collection of trees, shrubs, and distinctive perennial plants provide color during the growing season, peaking in May and June and providing structure and beauty throughout the year.

Smolak Farms is steeped in history. At the age of two, owner Michael Smolak bore witness to his Aunt Willie’s wedding on the farm. Little did he know then, back in 1954, that that wedding would be the start of a long and beautiful tradition of using Smolak Farms as a cherished wedding venue. Celebrate your special day amidst some of the most spectacular scenery in the Northeast. The 2,100-acre Crane Estate is an unforgettable destination for your special event with its winding salt marshes, miles of barrier beach, and beautiful hilltop mansion. Chicago industrialist Richard T. Crane, Jr. first purchased the land that would become The Crane Estate in 1910. Crane was captivated by the beautiful landscape, and over the next two decades worked with some of America's leading architects and landscape architects to shape his summer retreat, sited with hilltop vistas of the Atlantic in an area of the property known as Castle Hill. In 1928, Castle Hill was crowned with a 59-room Stuart-style mansion designed by world-renowned architect David Adler. Today, the Crane family mansion is known as The Great House on The Crane Estate and is protected, along with the rest of Castle Hill, as a 165-acre National Historic Landmark.

Whether you are having your ceremony, reception, or both events at the Fairgrounds, our number one goal is to provide you with a location for the wedding of your dreams. To provide the ultimate experience for our couples, we offer extensive customization and flexibility, as each wedding we host is unique to the ones getting married. Although most of the events are centered in Coolidge Hall, we have a variety of other spaces available for use. Coolidge Square, our beautiful landscaped courtyard located just outside of the Hall, is perfect for a cocktail hour. What is used as the “Picnic Area” during the Fair can be transformed into an oasis for the perfect outdoor ceremony – complete with a rustic stage for the bride and groom to be wed on. For those who are looking for a more casual event, the Picnic Area can also be used for outdoor games and festivities during the reception.

We are a family owned and operated working cattle farm. We have over 50 beautiful, secluded acres of farm land. We offer a one of a kind space to exchange vows and celebrate with your family and friends. We provide the wedding tent, guest tables/chairs, dance floor, fire pit, and on site bathrooms.
