The old walnut tree at the ceremony site is a gorgous backdrop to your vows with the rolling countryside and farmland of Maryland completing the perfect setting. Then reserve a sweet spot on the patio or inside the house for cocktails before dinner is served in the spacious tent. Complete with hardwood floor, the tent can accomodate up to 275 guests comfortably, and still has space for a large dance floor.

Blue Hill Farm is a full-service certified Loudoun County Bed & Breakfast and wedding venue just outside the national historic village of Waterford. Historic Waverly Mansion is located in Marriottsville, Maryland. This 1760's era estate is a the perfect setting of an intimate garden wedding and reception! The Mansion and property is owned and operated by Howard County Government's Recreation and Parks Department and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Waverly Mansion is considered an outdoor venue. The property includes beautifully maintained gardens, the historic Mansion, and rustic barn. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals. Historic Waverly provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator. Historic Waverly Mansion is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply to all scheduled events and are different from privately owned venues. Rosensteel Hall has been in business for over 50 years. We recently held a wedding reception for a fathers seventh daughter, all seven daughters held their receptions at Rosensteel Hall.
