Crystal Lake Golf Club is an 18 hole Golf Course built on the shores of Beautiful Crystal Lake in Mapleville, RI. We have a full Club House with Pro Shop, Restaraunt, Function Room, Locker Rooms and Member's Lounge. The 23,000 sq. foot clubhouse opened a year later in May of 2004 consisting of the scenic Waterfront Room with a seating capacity of 225 and Tavern with accommodations of 100 people for lunch and dinner everyday during the golf season.

Our wedding was scheduled for 06/05/20. Unfortunately with the pandemic and state restrictions we were only allowed 15 people. As other couples, we postponed our wedding to 11.22.20 with hopes we could have more guests share our special day. We did end up getting married at crystal lake in June with our closest family and friends and enjoyed dinner on the back patio from the Tavern. Tracy and her staff were so accommodating to this quick and sudden request. We went through with our November wedding with 50 guests. The grounds, staff, and food were nothing short of amazing. Tracy and her team went above and beyond with all the extra precautions and making sure everyone felt comfortable and had what they needed. The waterfront room is absolutely stunning. The food, omg, the food is so delicious. We had the best time and everyone raved about how beautiful and great it was. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. Whether it be to play a round of golf, eat lunch in the tavern, or host a private event. Tracy and her team is nothing short of amazing and we are so pleased we chose Crystal Lake!

We used the Tree Top Room. A little under 100 guests. The outdoor ceremony space is beautiful. It’s deceiving because we were wondering how our guests would fit but it was more than enough. It’s also shaded which was perfect for a hot day. Wedding packages are very inclusive and don’t leave a lot for you to worry about. We went with the Ruby package which included 4 passed apps, a cheese and fruit display, champagne toast, salad course, choice of 3 entrees, wedding cake allowance and center pieces for the reception tables(sweet heart table was an extra fee but was reasonable). We added a late night snack station as well. We worked with Janet and had a Day of coordinator, banquet captain and a bridal attendant. The entire staff were absolutely amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests about how smoothly everything went, how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. If you are looking for an all inclusive place that will literally do everything and take away any chance of stress.. I cannot recommend them enough!! They really know what they are doing!

Saint Clements Castle provided a beautiful venue and kind staff for our wedding day. We especially appreciated our sales coordinator, Alyssa, who was professional, fast, and clear in her communication throughout the planning process. When rain forced us to move the ceremony indoors, the team quickly adapted the art gallery for us. The servers and bridal attendants were also attentive and went above and beyond to help finish set up when our florist left early. Our guests had incredibly kind things to say about the servers, and overall we had a great experience. It was also lovely to have a place that was a one stop shop for event planning! We did lose some decor in the shuffle which was an inconvenience, and some of the instructions for set up I left were not followed (our confetti got lost, only four guests got packets, the bridal suites did not have the supplies we left for them). My husband’s family were also really upset with one of the managers on property who wouldn’t allow them to walk in a covered area and was a bit rude about it, despite an event not happening and the rain being a torrential downpour causing unsafe conditions for his elderly family to walk in. Overall we had a great experience, and would recommend the castle to anyone planning a wedding!

Spring House really was the perfect place to get married. Tanya is unlike any other. She is great at her job, directive the day of as needed, and works hard to make your vision come to life. She is so responsive, attentive, and has contagious energy. I was a very hands-on bride and Tanya encouraged every idea I had which was truly amazing. It is no secret that the venue is beautiful but what made the day extra special was all the staff truly there to see the day through. I couldn’t imagine getting married and having the same feeling anywhere else. Thank you Spring House and thank you, Tanya, especially for a truly amazing day!
