The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

This space is beautiful! We are so happy we booked this for our wedding venue. Jason is so laid back and easy to work with. A lot of venues are very strict and have so many hoops to jump through, but we just got to come in and do our own thing. We got the space Friday-Sunday and for such a good price! I love the brick and hardwood floors in the ballroom, and the black and white checkered floors in the clubhouse. We utilized all the room and the rooftop! This is definitely a great venue to choose if you are on the fence about it! The only thing I was a little worried about was parking, but it ended up being okay!

I am so glad we decided to go with Capitol City Barn. They had everything we needed. Tables, chairs, linens, things for decor, flexibility, heaters, arch for the altar, and more. On our wedding day we had clear skies in the forecast (rare for late October) and when the thunderstorm came in right at our ceremony time, they were quick to move things around so that we could have it outside only for the rain to stop and help us move it all outside again! I would recommend them to anyone getting married!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about City Farm! We were able to have the wedding reception of our dreams because of this place and the owners. From booking, to planning, to set up and Day Of, Casey and Scott were nothing short of a true blessing. They were organized, generous, kind, and a pure joy to work with! The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and stunning. Our guests were blown away! We had countless praises that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Also, the ease and practicality of the place kept everyone comfortable (plenty of bathrooms, space, and parking, easy to find, etc) these details are easy to overlook but so crucial for an enjoyable event. We cannot recommend City Farm enough and will sing their praises forever! One look at the venue and the beauty will speak for itself, but I can confidently say anyone’s experience booking here will be just as wonderful because of Scott and Casey :)

From the moment we reached out to The Barn on Jackson, Kari was warm, responsive, and incredibly friendly - genuinely a pleasure to work with. The venue itself is pretty spacious and they already had some decorations pre-prepped which were fantastic - tulle draping the ceiling, tables set up with runners, etc. Great communication beforehand on what would be set up so it was all things we knew we wanted (but would have been hard to set up ourselves). They also had a second barn with a truly massive collection of wedding decorations that were free to use. If you're gearing up for your own wedding I can't emphasize enough - this is invaluable. Door looks sparse and you need something? Grab a basket of pumpkins and pinecones. Want to direct folks to a certain area? Tons of signs and/or chalkboards. We used quite a few decorations there and barely dented their stock. Venue rules were also very generous - early setup/arrival times, late quiet hours, sound system already set up, and dogs allowed. Kari and Mark were available day-of for help when needed, and since we were staying on-property at their 16 person Airbnb (which was stellar for housing the bridal party a small private cabin onsite for us) they were easy to contact. Overall the Barn on Jackson checked all our boxes, plus some we didn't even know we had until we were looking back at the wedding thinking "whew, glad we had that provided already". We toured a lot of venues and are so glad we went with this one - couldn't recommend more highly on any metric.

Lake Lawrence Community was once called “Edwards Pavilion” was established in 1923 by Louie Armstrong and Amber Reichel. All logs to build the lodge were felled from off the lake property itself and the fireplace was erected by Frank Noreen from Deschutes Falls. It took about one year to completed the building. This became an extension of Edwards Resort, a fishing a recreational getaway, here on Lake Lawrence. Afterwards many dances were held in the building. In 1973 the over 50-year-old resort closed, and the camping era came to an end. The resort property is now enjoyed by many private property homeowners. The playground, swimming area, and Edwards Pavilion became part of the Lake Lawrence Community Club, which still maintains these facilities for the benefit of their members. The lodge is also available to the community at large for all types of events to include weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family reunions, and any other event.

Our family has used The Mason Jar for multiple occasions over the years and each time has been amazing. Wonderful atmosphere, amazing owners and just an overall lovely experience. The views are stunning, the barn, kitchen and cabin are adorable. It can be made as upscale or down home as you want it to be. I really can’t say enough. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We were married in August 2023. It was a beautiful ceremony space on the waterfront. The pavilion is beautifully situated above the marina. As the evening hit us the lights and water were magical. We departed on boat in the moonlight. We would very much recommend.

Words cannot fully express how grateful we are to have found Winter View Lodge for our wedding. Believe it or not, we booked the venue just six months before our big day. We were set on having a view of Mt. Rainier, but every other venue was fully booked. When we found out Winter View Lodge had availability, we toured it a few days later and were immediately in love. The venue owners and coordinator were incredible. They were so kind and accommodating, making the entire process feel seamless. When we mentioned wanting a cross at the altar, they went above and beyond—they built one for us, and it was absolutely beautiful. They even provided extra decorations, which helped us stay within budget, a huge plus! We decided to rent the venue for the entire weekend, and it made the experience even more special. Spending extra time with family in such a stunning location was truly unforgettable. The team was incredibly helpful in setting everything up and ensuring we had everything we needed. They even had thoughtful details like extra ice, sewing kits, medications, and other essentials in the bathroom, which added an extra layer of care. For the price we paid, the experience felt like five-star treatment. I honestly never imagined we could afford our dream venue, but Winter View Lodge made it possible. We are beyond thankful for their support. The day was sunny and perfect, but it was reassuring to have the tent available in case of rain. Everything was so well-maintained, and the team checked in with us throughout the event to make sure everything was running smoothly. An outdoor patio allows you and your guests to take in this scenery as you exchange your vows or while enjoying a fresh pint of beer from Narrows Brewery Co. ​ The indoor venue space features 20,000 square feet of event space, topped by a vaulted ceiling and flanked by white shiplap walls. At maximum capacity, this space can accommodate up to 500 guests. Waterfront Venue hosts events starting the first week of June and ending on the last day of September.

This venue is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect setting for my wedding. I loved having the Puget Sound and Narrows Bridge in the backdrop as we said, “I do.”. Having access to the dock for golden hour photos made for some beautiful photos. The venue was a great value for everything it comes with – tables, chairs and linens that view.. it can’t be beat. It was a hot, beautiful, but hot summer day (high of 83 degrees) when I got married at the venue and it was pretty hot throughout the venue, but especially inside bridal suite and cove (where we took a lot of our bridal & family photos). There were some fans in the bridal suite, but I wish I had brought extra fans for the bridal suite because it was HOT. It would have been nice if I had a hand fan for myself during photos because it was just super warm and I had a big hot dress on. The fans inside the main area of the venue helped when you were standing near them, and having the garage doors open helped too but the venue could definitely benefit from a few more giant fans. Other than the heat, it was a great venue. If I had to do anything differently, it would just be to bring some extra fans. It was a sweaty party, but it was a fun party! The Waterfront Venue is a great venue to host your event.

This is the most beautiful venue that is picture perfect for any wedding, large or small. We look forward to the summer months so we can spend our weekends at the gardens.

Dayna and Mallory at Woodland Gardens Event Venue were wonderful to work with. Their property on Vashon Island is beautiful and peaceful. Our wedding there felt effortless as we moved through the different spaces from ceremony to reception. They were knowledgeable about local vendors and helped walk us through the many aspects of wedding planning. I am forever grateful to them for sharing their stunning space with us for our special day!
