The Haight is a wedding and event venue located in Elgin, IL and is enveloped by a historic neighborhood, for a romantic and storied setting for your wedding. This converted warehouse was originally constructed in the 1890s. It began as the Elgin Storage & Transfer Company. Over the years numerous companies used the building until 1985 when it was bought by John Haight, who refurbished the building. The Haight features two floors and a rooftop area. Brick walls and hardwood flooring accent exposed ductwork. There are multiple spaces for hosting your ceremony, reception, and many other wedding-related gatherings. On the first floor, there is room for up to 175 guests standing. This makes the 2,000-square-foot space ideal for the cocktail reception. The second floor features 7,000 square feet of space. 250 people seated or 200 people seated with a dance floor can fit in this event area. You can also take your celebrations outside on the spacious rooftop deck.

Lock and Mule is our restaurant in Lockport, IL. Like all our restaurants, the menu contains dishes ranging from familiar favorites to our chef's more adventurous creations. All-inclusive packages (excluding catering) are available from elopements for 2 to standard weddings with up to 50. Giorgio and Sarah are a husband and wife team, a photographer and coordinator/officiant, with a unique historic loft space in downtown Chicago. We are essentially a one-stop-shop, except for catering services. Our standard packages include venue, photographer, officiant, coordinator, music sound system, ceremony backdrop, candles and white padded chairs. Packages may be customized with cake, flowers, and additional services. We host elopements and mini weddings (2 to 30 people) for ceremony and portraits. We also host standard small weddings and receptions with up to 50. For events with catering, an outside licensed and insured caterer is required, and there are several caterers on our pre-approved list to choose from.
