An early 20th century tractor manufacturing building turned into a 21st century modern luxury event space. We personally craft a luxury experience that celebrates life and the joy of entertaining. Company 251 is an event venue open to private events, concerts, productions, exhibitions, corporate + business gatherings. A stunning venue with outstanding staff, both equally poised to serve your event! As clean and refined as an art gallery, this space is a designer's dream! Let it stand alone or let us make it your own!

The bridal suite is designed so that you + your bridal party can all get ready at the space together. Bring in your hair + makeup team or select from our list of preferred vendors that will do it right there for you. The groom's suite features a large television, a stocked whiskey bar and vintage games.

Absolutely, if no event is scheduled for the day prior. Please see rates on payment + policy page on our website.

Please contact our event manager to set up a tour of the space as it is by appointment only.

No smoking inside, but we have an outside cocktail area.

We work with some awesome people who share the same aesthetic + vision as we do. Contact our event manager for our list.

Yes, please be aware of our BYOB fee that covers cups, napkins, garnishes, mixers + bartenders.

Yes! We have a limited parking lot adjacent to the building, as well as a partnership with the Santori Public Library (just one block away) to use their spaces.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have a ramp at the side entrance next to the parking lot + an elevator to access both floors.
