We had a relatively short engagement (about 8 months) and shopped for venues for a good while before deciding on Sunset Oaks. They try are the best for your money, so hands on and they are so transparent about their pricing and what they offer! Their decor closet is extensive! They had so much you can borrow for your big day for free and it was all actually cute/current things. The venue itself is beautiful not too rustic or modern a perfect canvas to hold your wedding day! We loved working with Coby she was so proactive and helpful and the big day went off perfectly.

I only ever communicated via email with the staff, but they were very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the planning process. The space is absolutely stunning for a woodsy outdoor venue - it's definitely worth it. Bri helped with all of the decorations and coordinating, and Byron was our fantastic photographer whose personality made the photo session fun and entertaining. The venue was beautiful, but it was truly the amazing staff that made our day so special. Bri was the reason I didn't have to stress about anything, and she ensured the day went off without a hitch. All around, Arrowwood Weddings Events provided an absolutely perfect experience that we couldn't have asked for.

Hera's Haven is such a beautiful venue with a wonderful staff and gorgeous spaces to hold your events. As a wedding planner, I can tell you that the wedding day is always stressful. When this happens it's difficult to keep from panicking, but Lauren swooped in and helped me level everything out, knocking my stress level in half. She was so helpful, supportive, and just an all-around delight. I've recommended this wonderful venue to all my brides, my friends, my family, and even strangers in wedding Facebook groups. Bonus for any Greek mythology buffs - The chandeliers are shaped like pomegranates and for our Greek Mythology themed wedding they were PERFECT.

We had our wedding here June 24th, 2023. The place is so beautiful and it was everything we wanted! The staff were always genuinely kind and made sure we had everything we needed to make our wedding day perfect! We loved having our wedding at Willow Creek Wedding & Event Venue! The venue itself is gorgeous with beautiful gardens that made for a dreamy backdrop. The staff were pretty good to work with in the planning process - they responded very quickly to any questions we had and helped keep us on track with timelines for decisions. My daughter and I wanted a single place close to her wedding venue where wedding guests could stay and we could have the rehearsal dinner. Hotel Indigo was the perfect spot! We were able to use an off-site caterer for the dinner, and the personnel at the Indigo graciously provided the room and all necessities including a limited bar. The room setup occurred seamlessly while we were at the wedding rehearsal, and the guests had a wonderful time. Everyone was delighted with their rooms and the breakfast and bar service in the lobby. The front desk, housekeeping, and valet staff were awesome, providing a sense of humor during a stressful time. Thanks to the event staff (particularly Dawn Freeman and her associates) at the Hotel Indigo for giving us this memorable experience. We definitely recommend the Hotel!!

I got married at the Carlisle Room a couple weeks ago and it was the best experience! The ceremony is downstairs and the reception is on the first floor in one large room, but you have a ton of freedom in the floor plan. I originally thought the dance floor was going to be too small but it was perfect! There are a few break out spaces in the reception room and we had a photo booth in one area, games in another, there are sofas to lounge and cocktail tables to hang at. We had 3 bartenders and 2 bar stations and it was great! The ceremony room is so beautiful but you can only fit 3-4 people on a row. It makes for a long aisle though. The alter is small so our wedding party had to sit on the side. It was great for us because we wanted to be the only ones up there but still unfortunate that it was too small to hold all of us. Also, the bathrooms are downstairs and they are 3/10. My mom brought a ton of bathroom goodies so I think that distracted people from the mediocracy of them. I got ready at the Statler and walked over (it may as well be connected it’s just next door) and that was perfect. Also, don’t be fooled by all the photos you see of people on the stairs outside because that’s at the church next door. It was 109 degrees when we got married but I really wanted those photos and it was hotter than Hades. Lastly, we were very limited to what was allowed for the send-off. I got biodegradable rose petals (that were approved by the venue) and 15 minutes before send-off I was told that we would get fined 500 which was a big bummer since that was approved by the venue coordinator. Anyways, this is a very honest review but I definitely recommend the Carlisle Room! It is so grand and stunning and our photos make me look back and just be in complete awe of the beauty of it all. And we had very minimal decor because the venue is so beautiful on its own.

This was the most amazing venue in DFW for our wedding! My husband and I toured so many venues, and nothing stood out like HOB. Once we chose them, Katie and Tigi were absolutely amazing in making our dream day come true. They were so kind and patient, and they were fully committed to making our event the most magical night ever! There was so little work or effort on our part – HOB was our venue, bar, caterer, service staff, AND security. For a GREAT price. Everyone is STILL talking about how cool and funky our wedding was, saying it was the best they’ve been to! The food and drinks were SO GOOD, and I have ZERO complaints about the product or service we received. 10000000% would choose them again, and would recommend them to any one!

This place was so pretty and very easy to work with! Only thing was they have the ac set to a specific temp and it was a bit too hot the day of the wedding inside the dressing rooms and we had to wait until 3 pm for our POC person to arrive. The venue is not at fault as it was 90F in FEBRUARY. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!! Best wedding ever!

We have only positive things to say about the Pines of Alvarado. There was ample parking. With the gazebo, two pergolas and multiple blooming plants, the approach to the building was very attractive. It was 99 degrees when we arrived at the venue, but the room was cool and comfortable. The catering kitchen worked well (our caterer loved it) and included a freezer, which was really nice since we served ice cream for our groom's treat. The kitchen also worked very well as our bar, with a convenient place to put a large frozen margarita machine. We loved having the ability to provide our own alcohol and appreciated the Pines providing the (required) security officers. We did put one row of pipe and drape up so bar goers didn't see the catering work going on behind the drape. The room was large enough to seat 130 guests for a dinner buffet - with adequate space to move about. There was also room for multiple "specialty" tables and a dance floor. There are giant barn doors that were perfect for entrance of the wedding party, as well as for the sparkler send off. A large window at the far end of the building let in ample natural lighting. The building was spotless every time we were there and they had ample tables, chairs, and cloths to meet our needs. The building is rustic in design, but became really pretty with minimal decorations - especially once the strings lights were turned on. Kylie was great to work with. She was flexible, responsive and attentive. Her knowledge and suggestions (when solicited) were invaluable. We are so glad we found the Pines of Alvarado. It was definitely worth the short drive from the metroplex.

They really worked hard to help us stay in budget while getting the look we were going for. The buffet food was delicious and moist! Not easy for a buffet! The cake from Jenny Lane exceeded our hopes & expectations. We sent a photo and Nabil did an even better job! The flowers were great & the moon gate was beautiful! It was bigger & grander than we expected. The champagne tree was a big hit with everyone! It was such a pretty sight to see as entering the outdoor ceremony space! We got so many compliments about how pretty the venue was, the cake, the food, & the moon gate. My daughter said it was a perfect day! Thank you! I couldn’t ask for more than that!

My wedding was 9.27.2024 . It was amazing! The venue is beautiful, it’s so different from any wedding I’ve ever been to. Everyone loved how unique it is and the owners went above and beyond for us. We toured about 6 other venues around DFW before we visited the Pearl. My husband visited the Pearl at their open house in January 2022 while I was on a work trip and he knew this place was something special. We made an appointment with Connie and Barry for a few days later to go together and as we walked through the venue, we couldn't imagine any place else we wanted our wedding. Barry gave us the best venue tour we had been on and asked us questions about how we wanted our wedding to look to better help us see how our day would be. Throughout the planning process, I probably emailed Connie a dozen times and she was always so quick and happy to help with any suggestions or questions I had. They do a great job of thinking of all the details you need. On our wedding day on March 18, 2023, we couldn't have had a more magical and perfect day. All of our friends and family thought the venue and the wedding were amazing. I can't recommend the Pearl enough and highly encourage you to attend their open house if able or if not then book a tour as soon as you read the review.

Just had our wedding here on 11/3, and it was wonderful. When we first came to the venue, I spoke with a guy named Rob, who seemed very helpful and informative about everything. However, Rob lied to us about a lot of things and made promises that he could not deliver. And of course, I was in a frenzy. But the 2 ppl stepped up. KACI & AMANDA !!! I want to thank yall from th bottom of my heart for everything yall did to make my day amazing. For reassuring me and coming through with everything. They answered every question I had and fulfilled every request I had pertaining to the previous agreement. They responded quickly to every email and text message, regardless of how small the question was. All the way up to before the ceremony. The location is very convenient for any and everything that you'll need. Especially for family that is coming out of town. We had access to everything on site. It rained the first part of the wedding, and they had a side gate that was easily accessible for guest that stayed in a nearby hotel. We were about to control lighting for the photographer. When we first got in, it was a bit humid inside. Of course, it was raining, and with Texas humidity, but my coordinator informed Kaci, and she was right on it. The A/C worked great, not one sweaty picture, lol.
