Our Event Hall features dedicated bride and groom suites, a large Main Room and more intimate Birch Room with a bar and fireplace. A large lawn behind the Event Hall is most commonly used for outdoor ceremonies. Built in 1900, the historic barn is a transitional atmosphere between indoors and outdoors. Its original wood and stone structure is peaked by a 30-foot ceiling, and is complemented by a wrap-around deck that provides breathtaking views a gentle breeze. Freshwater Farms of Ohio is the largest indoor fish hatchery in the state of Ohio and the home of the Ohio Fish & Shrimp Festival. Maple Lane Retreat sits on 3.5 acres surrounded by farmland. The newly renovated horse arena provides 6,000 sq. ft. of space for events of all sizes large and small. Attached to the barn is a 1,800 sq. ft. patio that overlooks a 3/4 acre pond with color changing water fountain.

We have 4 beautiful banquet rooms that over look the golf course. With a covered patio called the terrace room. All the rooms open up to each other. We can hold up to 175 guests. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.
