Founded in 2003, Essence of the Thymes is committed to providing extreme service and exemplary food, always served safely and tastefully. Owner Gina Omalanz stepped onto the catering scene with the goal to create a fresh new take on catering that provided delicious, restaurant quality food and service. Friends and family worked together to remodel a kitchen on the downtown Port Orchard Waterfront, and you can still find us there today!
