We are the owners of Rolling Cocktails and Rolling 'Cue. We offer bartender services and bar top and tap trailer rentals. We also serve BBQ, taco bars, brunch and custom menu catering.     We had an amazing experience working with Rolling Cocktails & 'Cue for our wedding catering, bartender service, and photobooth. Their communication was quick, easy and clear throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and value was truly outstanding - they provided custom, tasty menu options that fit our budget perfectly. They handled all the catering, bartending, and photobooth services seamlessly, which took a lot of stress out of the planning for us. They even referred an incredible photographer and videographer that we ended up booking as well. We're so grateful to the Rolling Cocktails & 'Cue team for making our vendor experience so easy and helping to make our special day truly perfect.

    Rolling Cocktails & 'Cue was an excellent choice for our wedding catering. From our first interaction, their communication was easy, quick and reasonable. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - the food was delicious, one-of-a-kind BBQ that our guests are still raving about. They were incredibly organized and easy to work with, and their experienced bartenders provided high quality service throughout the event. I highly recommend Rolling Cocktails & 'Cue for any couple looking for an outstanding catering experience for their wedding.

    These guys were over an hour late, needed the help of my coordinators assistant to get the appetizer out, served dinner late, never put out the baked potatoes, which resulted in them running out of food for a good portion of the guests, served the vegan meals raw/ uncooked, and left some dirty dishes in the sink. The salad was soggy and the pork was dry. The worst part above all was their behavior when I tried to negotiate the final price adjustment. They gaslighted me instead of taking accountability, even going so far as to blame our guests for eating too much! Talk about rude. Their behavior was appalling. It’s a shame because their bbq was honestly pretty good but the issues really ruined the reception. Maybe if they learn how to serve veggies and how to treat people they can turn things around but right now it’s not looking good. I’m just grateful they didn’t give anyone food poisoning. Save yourself the trouble of working with these guys. They are clearly amateurs who would rather pretend they rock than take accountability for their mistakes.

    Rolling Cocktails & 'Cue catered our wedding reception. While they were responsive early on, communication became difficult closer to the event, requiring persistent follow up. Unfortunately, several guests became ill after the reception. We appreciated their all-inclusive services like the bartender who helped provide non-alcoholic beverages. However, the poor communication and food quality leading up to and during our special day was disappointing for us and concerning for our guests' health. We cannot recommend them based on our experience.
