Fat Zach's Wood Fired Pizza debuted in 2018 as a small food cart on the corner of Pioneer and 2nd in downtown Puyallup. As of March 2020, we now offer you the same great pizza in a space where you can sit down and stay awhile located in Sumner, we hope to become a destination point for travelers from around the US - and a bragging right for the residence of Sumner. If you haven't tried us, today is the day!!

We do more than just pizza! If you’re considering fat Zach's as the caterer for your next private, be sure to ask about our rustic meat and cheese displays! We also offer crisp, seasonal salads, as well as appetizers such as baked brie bites, chicken skewers, and even a dessert bar!     Fat Zach's Pizza was an amazing choice for our wedding catering. From start to finish, they were so easy to work with - efficient, responsive, and incredibly nice. The quality of their food was absolutely delicious, with yummy wood-fired pizza and cupcakes that really hit the spot. My guests raved about the appetizers, pizza, and cupcakes, and they even made my husband and I our own special pizza to take home after the wedding. Fat Zach's contributed greatly to making our special day perfect. I highly recommend them to any couple looking for a reliable, high-quality caterer for their wedding.

    Fat Zach's Pizza did an incredible job catering our wedding! From start to finish, they were extremely communicative, promptly responding to all our questions and requests. The quality and presentation of the food was professional and gorgeous - our guests raved about the delicious pizza, salads and desserts. A special shoutout to Zach and his team for going above and beyond to ensure a smooth event flow. They worked closely with our wedding planner to coordinate timing and logistics.     Delicious pizza and a beautiful display! We are so happy to have chosen Fat Zach’s to cater our wedding. All of our guests loved the food and it was really nice to be able to send them home with leftovers. We had a tasting a few months ago where we got to try literally every pizza and decide which ones we wanted at the wedding. Shanna was so helpful in describing how things would come together for the reception. Everything was super straight forward in coordinating with them and they were total professionals the day of! We would absolutely use Fat Zach’s again if we ever have another big event!
