Her excellent attention to detail ensured that everything was exactly as we envisioned it, and even better. We got married earlier this month and had the best experience working with Confetti Event Planning. Liz is an absolute dream to work with. She is organized, helpful, and extremely knowledgable about the wedding industry. I was originally going to go without a planner or day-of coordinator and ultimately decided to use Confetti Event Planning for day-of coordination (which turned out to be way more than just day-of assistance). She offers monthly meetings to review all of the details and creates a perfect timeline for the day. There were many things I hadn't even thought of that Liz brought up and helped us work through and plan. Our wedding day would not have gone nearly as smooth if it were not for Liz. She took a TON of stress off of us and allowed us to relax day of. I cannot recommend working with her enough!!

We fell in love with The Gaston the minute we walked through the front door. We knew immediately that would be the venue we went with. The house is so beautifully decorated and there's so much detail every section you look. We loved the idea that it was basically turn-key so that all we needed to worry about were the dinner details and flowers. Adrienne was also very helpful along the way letting us know when it was time to start booking which vendors and making excellent recommendations. The weekend of the wedding, all of the staff was so attentive and helpful to us.

Eileen was amazing as our wedding planner / month-of coordinator. Both my husband and I were SO glad we hired her. Eileen helped us make so many decisions during the planning process that led to an extremely smooth wedding day - from where the bar was located to how we processed down the aisle, from whether to do cake or a dessert bar, to when champagne was poured - she really nailed it. She also worked with all of our vendors to coordinate setup and was onsite to help make sure everything was set up correctly & as planned. Everyone jokes that something *always* goes wrong on your wedding day, no matter how much you plan, but really we had nothing go wrong thanks to Eileen! She made our day stress-free! It's also important to call out that our venue wedding coordinator quit a couple of weeks before our wedding, and Eileen stepped up and swooped in to make sure our new point of contact at the venue was fully up-to-speed. Thank god for Eileen! I highly recommend her. And if you're on the fence about needing a wedding coordinator -- just take the leap! SO SO worth it.

I was that person that did not think I needed a wedding planner! I decided last minute I needed one and I had interviewed 4 people and Christena was the only one that made me feel comfortable! Christena helped keep me organized, in control, and confident that I would be able to get through this! She brought things to my attention that I had no clue I needed to do. During the rehearsal dinner she got everyone in line and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing. The day of the wedding Christena and her assistant Jill knew literally handled everything from making sure my vision was brought to life, to making sure everything ran accordingly to plan, and making sure all items that were mine were organized and set aside for my family to gather at the end of the night. I cannot sing Christena’s praises enough! You are getting more than a wedding planner with her! If you are on the fence about this do not be, it is the best money well spent!!!

If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator - LOOK NO FURTHER! Jade is truly phenomenal. I was a very type A bride, that consistently sent Jade thousands of questions; she always answered extremely promptly, professionally, and answered every single question I had! Jade is amazing for more relaxed brides too - she organizes and asks you all the questions needed to make sure your big day is perfect. There wasn’t anything I could think of she hadn’t already thought of! The day of the event, Jade was truly amazing. She constantly checked in on us, my bridal party, my parents. She didn’t need instructions, she knew exactly what to do. She constantly showed up with drinks for the bride and the groom during our pictures, after entrances, etc. A ton of my guests and parents came up to me raving about how great she was and how she handled so many things with such grace. Things happened like random people showing up at my wedding & I didn’t even know! Jade found them all a seat without a hiccup. Literally any issues that came up on the day, she made sure were taken care of before I was even aware there was a problem!! On our rehearsal day she told all of our wedding party they weren’t allowed to come to the bride and groom with any questions - only her. She truly did absolutely everything and went above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing, perfect, stress free day. She set everything up PERFECTLY - it was better than I could’ve imagined it. Jade is just the sweetest, most professional coordinator, you will not be disappointed!!! I’ve been in a few weddings this past year, I’ve seen other coordinators in action as well, but none of them were as gifted, professional, and sweet as Jade. She is amazing!! And she’s so experienced, you truly don’t have to give her much instruction. SHE KNOWS WHAT TO DO!! A must have for your wedding, TRUST ME!! I have nothing but amazing things to say about how Jade made our day perfect. It wouldn’t have been the same without her!!

If you don’t have a day of coordinator, look no further! Laura and her team have been incredible. I reached out to Laura after she was the coordinator for my friends wedding and have not been disappointed since that day. Laura has been the utmost example of professionalism and organization. We chose her day of coordinator services as I was pretty confident about my planning abilities, but we didn’t want to have to do anything on our day of. If you do not feel confident with planning, I would seek out her services for full coverage planning as she did just a stellar job with sending us vendors, connecting with the ones that we had, and helping us with all the details. Day of our expectations were exceeded! Once her team arrived, Kayla and Ivy, we didn’t have to do a thing! The day of our plans changed a lot and they really kept us on time. We had to deal with a tropical storm that popped up two days before the wedding, which was wholly unfortunate. Our venue and everything was inside, however we wanted to take our first look and party photos outside. On the day of the coordinators helped us find an additional space to take photos in and took care of everything. It was so great to have Kayla and Ivy by our side because I didn’t have to worry about anything, I didn’t have to look at the schedule, I didn’t have to worry if that was set up correctly, or this was set up correctly or if vendors had arrived and we’re on time and tell them where to go etc. etc. It felt great to just spend my entire wedding day relaxing and enjoying the beautiful day it was. Thank you Laura, Kayla, and Ivy for making our event the absolute best that it could be.

It’s my pursuit to take all the stress off your plate and help you build the event of a lifetime. I truly want to become your best friend, go to person, planner, and even a punching bag when things just might not be going well that day, throughout the entire process

My daughter and I hired Chloe Deal to be our onsite day-of wedding planner and she was excellent before, during and after the big day! Pre-wedding, we had two zoom meetings to review what the plans were and what she would be doing to oversee it all. Chloe's communication assured us all the details would be completely taken care of on wedding day. The day of the wedding, we had a big surprise. An unexpected storm whipped up just as we were about to begin the outdoor ceremony. Chloe and her assistant quickly rallied to make last minute adjustments moving tables and displays under the reception tent, coordinating with the vendors on the change of plans and remained calm throughout it all. After a bit of insanity as our guests ran from the outdoor ceremony into the tent, Chloe and her assistant went into overdrive drying off chairs and getting them moved into the reception area which was a huge undertaking. The groomsmen were supposed to help but they were the only ones not under umbrellas and were absolutely soaked. Chloe easily helped guests find their seats and kept us all on schedule with the reception events of introductions, dances, happy hour, dinner, cake cutting, send off photos etc. Post wedding, we had to be all cleaned up by 9am the next day so the night of the wedding, Chloe and her assistant moved heavy tree log displays back to the woods, put everything that we needed to save into our cars or the locked space until we could pick it up the next day. Brianna and Karin were absolute rockstars! They took on a super difficult task due to the nature of the venue -- an DIY outdoor center with no cell phone reception, and key sites separated by a 0.3 mile gravel path, plus literally 7 different locations for all the different events (rehearsal, his and hers getting ready, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and food storage cabin). Oh, also the venue team has never hosted a wedding before!!! B&K handled it perfectly. I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you for helping make it such a truly unique and special day.

Having Macy as the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made - our wedding day was 100% stress free! We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. Macy is so kind, thoughtful, organized, communicative, and took away all of our stress leading up to the wedding day by being so organized and prepared! She coordinated with the different vendors to ensure a timeline was created and distributed for when each would arrive. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except for confirming details for her. She made sure the wedding party and our parents were at the right spots at the right time throughout the evening and helped keep guests contained during cocktail hour so we could step away with the photographer for photos. She even assisted with clean up and helped pack dessert for us to take and enjoy later! Macy is by far irreplaceable in our eyes, we cannot recommend her enough! She kept us on track with planning and helped us with decisions I wouldn't even have known to make on my own. All throughout she helped us remain joyful and excited about the process and she was endlessly patient with us. Bethany and her team helped execute our dream wedding. It was so gorgeous and perfect thanks to them. I know this must have been a massive behind the scenes effort (particularly given that it started pouring right before the ceremony!) but we never felt the stress. The work Bethany put in allowed us to just enjoy the entire incredible event. We were just so impressed with Bethany throughout the whole process. Hiring her was the best decision we made!
