Kaila is an absolute must-have at your wedding! She was the wedding day-of coordinator for my sister’s wedding in Detroit, and we loved her. When I started planning my wedding in Traverse City and Kaila agreed to join us as my wedding month-of coordinator, I was thrilled. She is amazing to work with! Leading up to the wedding, we met several times to go over all the details of the wedding. She orchestrated all the details and timelines with our vendors in the weeks before the wedding. She brought table numbers, cards boxes, easels, etc so we didn’t need to. She responded to questions quickly and made me (and my mom!) feel so relaxed. She is so kind, thoughtful, and has just the right amount of spunk to make sure the bride and groom get the wedding of their dreams. During my wedding weekend, I didn’t have to think about a thing! Kaila and her assistant handled everything! It made for such a relaxing and enjoyable day, and the wedding was absolutely perfect. I would recommend Kaila to anyone (and two of our friends have hired her for their weddings!)!

Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. She was always available to answer our questions and provide her professional, kind, and calm guidance. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day. We truly felt that Abby was the MVP at our wedding. She made sure that the night went smoothly and she quickly remedied any problems that arose. The biggest problem that arose was that my train (which was probably over 10 feet long) got stuck in the car door on the way to the ceremony, and it was a rainy day. When I arrived at the venue I opened the door to find my train completely muddied up and soaking wet. I was devastated. It was ruined. Somehow Abby washed it and hung it to dry and I was able to wear it for my ceremony. That to me is priceless! Her and Stephanie made sure guests were in the right place at the right time and she also made sure we were taken care of and had anything we could possibly need during the whole night. When we left our wedding we both had the same sentiment… “can you imagine doing this without Abby??”. She was equally as valuable the month before the wedding in our meetings and venue tour. I just can’t say enough good things about Abby, her services, and her team.
