“From our first meeting with Adam, we knew he was the best videographer for us! Not only is he kind, professional, communicative AND fairly priced, but he also delivers high-quality, cinematic videos that look like movies. Since receiving the sneak peek of our June 2024 wedding, we've heard from multiple guests that it is one of the best trailers they've ever seen. Adam managed to capture the smallest moments that I truly thought no one saw- such as the moment I got a little emotional alone after putting on my dress. We had our wedding at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA – a non-conventional space that very rarely holds weddings. There were countless unique aspects of this space we had to consider while planning the event, and it is no exaggeration that Christina executed everything perfectly. In addition to her amazing skills as an event coordinator, she is a kind and friendly person who supported me through all the unforeseen challenges associated with planning your wedding. Christina consistently went above and beyond what was contractually required. One example of this excellent service occurred when we were securing a pipe & drape vendor for our ceremony. Christina actually drove out to Holyoke MA to see the pipe and drape in person since this was a new vendor she had not previously worked with. I am so thankful she took that trip as we realized that vendor could not execute what we envisioned. After describing her concerns to me, she immediately presented me with a solution in the form of another vendor who was able to provide us with exactly what we needed for our space. This is truly just one example of the hundreds of occasions Christina’s customer service was far beyond what we could’ve expected. From the first phone call I had with Christina, I knew that she would be pleasant to work with and up for the challenge. As time went on, I developed a profound appreciation for both her fabulous taste and her special ability to help me take simple ideas and create a seamless theme and elegant design. She was so wonderful to work with, my grandmother hired her to assist with my bridal shower and my mother-in-law also hired her to coordinate the 170-person rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding! “There are many florists out there, but how many of them offer flowers they've grown themselves, right from the earth? If you want something super traditional, like a sphere of roses, Isabelle may not be for you. But if you like wildflowers, want to work with a super cool person, and collaborate not only with your vendor, but with the earth itself - this is who you want to work with! Everything Isabelle does has meaning and purpose. On my wedding day, they even foraged some goldenrod that was growing right outside our venue, adding it to the bunches of dramatic, colorful dahlias and unique blooms I don't even know the names of. It was meaningful, gorgeous, and creative. All of the arrangements they made came out came out stunning. Each one was a little different, but everything went together perfectly. I could not pick a favorite. Isabelle was also willing to take on so many little details I hadn't thought of. They provided a really lovely floral cake topper, and put little flowers in each of our guest's napkins. They also have opinions, and will share them when asked- something I like in vendors, who I feel often have the best instincts for what works well. In addition, their prices are incredibly reasonable, especially when you consider how special their work is. In a world of refrigerated carnations...be a wild goldenrod, plucked at golden hour, by a true artist :) Cannot recommend Fairy Meadow Flowers enough!”

We interviewed over 20 bands from the NYC area and decided to go with Vitamin M after really vibing with their band leader, JJ. And boy are we glad we did! JJ worked with us to curate the perfect performance for us and our guests. He was able to balance dance songs and classics alongside some custom requests that went off the beaten path of most traditional weddings from the likes of The Band, Talking Heads and The Clash. He even helped us surprise our guests with a singing introduction of the bride and groom. He took time to get to know us and was always happy to answer any questions we had. This was not a cookie cutter wedding band performance. This is a group of truly talented professional musicians putting on a real show. “Shukhrat and his wife Rachel just shot our June 8th wedding and we couldn't be happier. They were amazing to work with and the photos are phenomenal! About the pictures: Shukhrat is versatile and very skilled. When we took our engagement photos he provided us with various styles of photos and editing, and then used our feedback to guide the photos he took at our wedding. He is also flexible. We got married in a city park and there were wayyyy more people in the park than we were expecting at 6:00pm at night. Without missing any of the candid details or true-to-life colors that we wanted, Shukhrat was able to frame the photos and/or alter the lighting so that the park goers were barely visible in the background. Both Shukhrat and Rachel are also very skilled at giving direction when needed, but letting you do your own thing the rest of the time. Neither my husband nor I have a lot of experience in front of a camera—they gave us enough direction to feel confident, without making us feel stifled or overly posed. We wanted photos that felt organic and genuine, and they were really able to capture that. Working with Shukhrat and Rachel: The two of them were a dream to work with. Incredibly professional--very communicative, punctual, quick turnaround time on photos. And they are also just lovely people. You spend so much time on your wedding day with your photographers, it's really important to feel comfortable with them, and we certainly did. They brought both a fun, but calming energy, easing our pre-wedding jitters before the ceremony, and leaning into the excitement as the night went on. Although we hardly know them, they felt like friends. We are so glad we booked Shukhrat for our wedding!”

“Kayce was our wedding weekend hero! She has been so incredible to work with in the planning process and on site and she truly went above and beyond. In the lead up, she'd take last minute calls with us as needed, and she dealt with challenges on site with grace, poise and efficiency. We had a family health emergency at our welcome party and Kayce handled it all, which is really beyond the scope and expectations for our planner. She simultaneously dealt with getting the emergency handled with the EMT, while also making sure my husband and I and our guests were cared for. She guided us on how to restart our party in a tasteful way and shared updates on the status of our family member (who thankfully is okay!). She stayed late with us as well to ensure we were emotionally okay and everything was running smoothly. At our wedding, our venue / caterer didn't prepare enough food, and Kayce quickly handled getting more food locally to feed our guests. We had an issue with our buses making a return trip, and she even drove our guests home personally. We could not recommend her more-- she is an absolute star and gem of a human and despite these challenges, made our wedding weekend so special! They were all handled so well we were not bothered and got to celebrate and be present, as she tackled them all for us. Hiring Kayce was the best decision!”
