Tiger is the best DJ ive ever seen at a wedding. Ive been to a million. He can tailor the playlist hugely based on what you like and keep things fresh. He also has no issue picking the perfect songs to lure people out onto the dance floor and KEEP THEM THERE. also his cocktail hour music was soo fun and dinner music was fantastic. He's also just super flexible if you need to add songs or swap them or change up the schedule. Hes just the best energy and super funny also. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of music and will know and have any song you ever request. And if it just came out like two days ago he can quickly download it also. To sum it up, looking for a cool DJ is almost impossible, this guy is going to give you a good DJ set without any effort from you, he will just bring the party with him.

Choosing second song as our DJ service for our wedding was the best decision we could have made!! The team is so accommodating and made the process of choosing our DJ so easy. After choosing second song, they allowed us to set up phone calls to interview DJ's to find the perfect fit for us. We ended up choosing DJ Daniel Cabral. Daniel was attentive and set up multiple meetings with us prior to our wedding to discuss our vision for our wedding day. Everything ran perfectly throughout the entire day. The audio for our ceremony was perfect and the music selections throughout cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception set the mood for our wedding. We also hired a string trio through second song and they did a beautiful job at our ceremony and cocktail hour. Our reception was a party and Daniel made sure people were on the dance floor all night long. We also had my cousin play the trumpet at our reception while Daniel played a song in the background. Daniel mic'd up his trumpet for us and it was such a hit! We also got our Photo Booth through second song and they provided the uplighting at the venue! They are everything you could want from a DJ service and more!! If you are looking for a DJ service, second song is the way to go!!!!

A wedding is a grueling process and I remember at the end of the night my husband and I found ourselves kind of sad looking at Seth. It was like we were breaking up with him, he was our first vendor and to contact each other for almost a year and a half it was a sad moment. For me as a bride he was like my best friend I vent to and basically took my coordinator role. He calmed me when this went south (postponement of the wedding and my original coordinator dropped out a month left of the wedding) and for my husband... he vibes with Seth through Seth's music. My husband is SO PICKY with our wants and needs as a DJ and Seth swept him away just by listening to his mixes. My husband says his transitions from song to song is smooth and song selections are on point. Then after taking to him we were sold! The most genuine person you will ever meet, he does this for the love of music and it shows. He works hard to make it easy for you, is on top of things, responsive to all e-mails, and takes his time. He does so much more for your buck and we made sure he knew that! Also we have been coordinating everything out of state, so he takes the time to make sure he can fit himself in my almost impossible work/life schedule (working out of the house for more than 12 hrs) we I truly appreciate. So in short BOOK HIM! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME INQUIRING SOMEONE ELSE because if I could (because we live out of state) I would book him over and over again! What I really need him to do is live here in LV so I can book him over and over again!

With Trey, we always had clarity over next steps, and we also got as much flexibility as we could ever hope for. We had a slightly unusual (or, unconventional) ceremony in a couple of ways, and Trey handled every request without any issue. Lastly, and most importantly for a DJ, he nailed the music. The Moon Units made my wedding. It all started when my wife (fiancee at the time) forwarded me an Instagram clip of them because she knew I was set on hiring a live band. I took my sweet time to cast a wide net and to follow, interview, and compare A LOT of bands. We went out to watch our top two choices and when we saw The Moon Units' positive energy, ability to rock the crowd, and musical skill, we immediately knew that they were meant to be our band (just like when we saw the venue we wanted, we just knew). They are highly accommodating, musically versatile, and truly professional, Hollywood type performers who will seal the deal on upgrading your wedding from already great to one of the greatest your guests have ever been to. The three things that most impressed me about them during my wedding were: 1) they gave it their all on every song whether there were two people on the dance floor or the whole group (and believe me, your guests will notice this too), 2) they were able to improvise to seamlessly integrate with all my other vendors and moving parts without any interruptions, as if my wedding was truly an entertainment production, and 3) whether they were singing rock, hiphop (yacht version), metal, r&b, pop, Kpop, oldies, or jazz, they performed as if it was their main genre. We requested them to learn two of our favorite songs that we loved but were skeptical that they could perform because of how hard they were to sing, and man did they prove us wrong! Each of the musicians are friendly, multi talented/multi instrument, down to earth people who love what they do and have a great time performing. They output pure sound candy and also look great doing it. Your stage will be glammed up and filled out, and your guests will compliment and remember your band choice even more than your food, I guarantee it. My wife and I are now semi-groupies (and I'm not ashamed as their gigs take me back to the best night of my life), and we aren't the only ones! That's something that no Youtube clip or online review can really convey. Good luck and have a great time wedding planning, but hire The Moon Units!!!

Lily Press and Simon Linn-Gerstein are truly REMARKABLE. We hired them to play the harp and cello at our wedding 2 weeks ago at the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside and we could not be more pleased. Lily is A DREAM to work with - she is thoughtful, detail-oriented and so talented. All of her email correspondence were well articulated and prepared, the phone conversations we had with her were a delight, she is thorough and always prepared and organized. Lily and Simon provided us with a complementary song list to choose from, filling in the blanks for us along the way, when we needed help, and even created a custom song ("Simply the best") for our Ceremony! We LOVED it. In addition to all of this, we appreciated the small details - Lily went as far as to ask what her and Simon should wear to the event so they could be coordinated to the wedding "look" we were going for. The Lucky Devils Band absolutely made our wedding reception! From our initial phone call with Meredith, we knew we were in excellent hands. She took the time to thoroughly understand our vision and musical tastes, making thoughtful suggestions along the way. Communication was prompt, fun, and Meredith was so approachable throughout the planning process. On the big day, the band blew us away with their incredible talent and ability to perfectly execute our song requests, from jazz to oldies to classic rock. As musicians ourselves, we were so impressed by their skill level and experience and professionalism. During cocktail hour, two musicians played jazz, then they switched to rock mode for the reception. They truly made it feel like our own personal concert and kept people on the dance floor for literally 3 hours! The energy was palpable from their very first note, and their song selections kept guests of all ages dancing all night long. They ended the evening with “Purple Rain” by Prince and it made my life. We can't recommend the Lucky Devils Band highly enough - they were total professionals and our biggest splurge, but SO worth it I’d do it a million times over!!

I was feeling reading, but of course COVID forced us to delay our wedding to June 2021. He was more than understanding, and helped us to delay with compassion. Fast forward to March of 2021, and due to a really devastating year on our family, we decided to cancel our wedding altogether. Bryan worked with my husband and I (we legally got married in 2020) to have an “unwedding” party, just some good music and karaoke in our backyard, to take our minds off of the tough times. It was so much fun, everyone had a great time, and Bryan helped us to lighten the mood to keep us distracted from what could have been a really sad day for us. I highly recommend him for weddings, parties and everything in between. Thank you Bryan for helping us through the crazy journey that was 2020 and 2021!!

The Moon Units played for our wedding and all of our guests commented on how great the singers were. The band showed up dressy in suits and cocktail dresses, they danced while they sang. They could sing any genre. Dylan who runs the band bookings is sooooo detailed. He will make anything happen for you. They played an instrumental song I love while announcing the wedding party for Grand Entrance- so authentic! I more than highly recommend this band.
