Hiring Kristan as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made! I chose an a la carte kind of venue, which meant I had to source my own wedding caterer, décor, and design. When Kristan came into the picture, she helped everything run smoothly and even gave us many more ideas and recommendations to make our day so much more eventful and special! There were so many elements of my wedding and moving pieces that involved the help of friends and family, so it was inevitable that a small miscommunication between my mom and me led to missing table numbers and no bucket for our sparklers at the end of the night. However, Kristan was there and available to rescue us and she handled everything on the fly, easily smoothing out any hiccups without me, Connor, or my family and friends having to spend any time working to fix anything awry on our big day. She was a godsend! I was MOST excited about eating my wedding food, and we planned to eat before the ceremony, but the food was running behind! Kristan was so on top of things and quickly adjusted our schedule to get our food out to us within a good time! With all our planning and discussions in advance, she knew how important eating the food was to me. I'm telling y'all - I did NOT worry for a second, and I felt completely confident in Kristan's ability to care of everything. Boy did she deliver!! She also organized our rehearsal dinner, and we had so many compliments about how professional and put-together she was- she had her mic and speaker box, and it was clear she was in full control of the event! Beyond her incredible communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, Kristan has the most energetic and cheerful personality! She never made us feel bad for switching plans, changing ideas, or adjusting timelines- she rolled with it all seamlessly. That was such a huge relief, especially as someone who leans a bit more towards people-pleasing, to have someone that never made me feel bad about what I wanted and encouraged and rolled with all of my ideas with such genuine excitement! :) We love her, we've already recommended her to friends who are using her for their wedding, and we will continue to recommend her to anyone planning their big day!! If you're looking for a coordinator who is organized, professional, and an absolute joy to work with, Kristan is the one!

Where do I begin! I don't think I could write down everything amazing that Oasis did for me in one review. I was personally going through so many life changes and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. The team was extremely prepared for every step of the process and handled the hurdles with grace. The way they dotted their "I" and crossed their "t" with everything on my laundry list of needs was astounding. I had lots of unique visions I wanted for my wedding that Oasis had never worked with before and they handled every new encounter seamlessly. For instance, we had Spanish translation for our guest and their was absolutely no issues. We also got several vendor discounts through Oasis. My main planner was Jewell and her communication was excellent. On the wedding day she brought the whole Oasis team and I didn't have to deal with any planning issues on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were well taken care of. Jewell sacrificed so much for us. She did all the flower arranging (except the bouquets) and her taste in design is impressive and it was such a life saver. I am very happy with everything Oasis offered me. My husband and I both agree that their was no need unmet by Oasis. Thank you SOSOSOSO much Jewell. WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. I couldn't recommend them more if you need help on your wedding day.

From start to finish Sarah was an incredible resource when it came to planning. We hired Sarah for full planning and it made the whole wedding planning process a breeze. While we knew a few key vendors we wanted to book, she was able to provide us with options for additional vendors categories. She handled the communication with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Additionally, she was able to help us design vision boards to ensure we knew what we were looking for. The day of our wedding her team was incredible at setting up our decor and working with our vendors to ensure everything was on track. Throughout our ceremony and reception her team made sure we were on time and had everything we needed from fresh drinks to extra cake slices on our sweetheart table.

Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional.
