Our covered pavilion can accommodate up to 200 guests and we offer overnight accommodations for up to 8 guests. We have a preferred vendor list of amazing photographers, florists, hair & makeup artists and more that we love to work with, however you are not limited to that list and can recruit your own licensed vendors of choice. Available for events year-round, Burlington is a wedding venue located in Charles City, Virginia. The main house was first built in 1818 and has been recently restored and expanded. Burlington offers couples the exclusive use of the property for the duration of their occasion. Two outdoor ceremony sites are available, as well as an expansive indoor ceremony space that can double as a reception venue. The indoor wedding space in the Stables features exposed wooden beams and custom chandeliers, while the gardens and lawn offer views of the surrounding countryside for an outdoor ceremony. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces can accommodate up to 300 seated guests. The Bridal Cottage and Groom's Den allow the wedding party a private location to prepare themselves and relax before the ceremony. Located on the shores of the York River, in historic Yorktown, Virginia. The venue offers wide views of the York River, Coleman Bridge, Gloucester shoreline and the varied boat traffic. Our food and beverage service include continental breakfasts, receptions with hosted or cash bars, an array of hors d'oeuvres, and also plated lunch and dinner menus. The menus are designed to let you create your own specific menu.

We are a completely solar system venue, so not having power the day of your wedding will not be an issue. We offer multiple scenes for your pictures from open fields, apple orchard, pond, beach area, a creek, and woods. So much to choose from.
