About this venue
Nestled within over 100 acres, the heart of the campus is an early eighteenth century home surrounded by a collection of inviting living and entertaining spaces. A relaxed atmosphere with natural, organic elements and a modern edge, Seven Springs is the perfect backdrop for a wedding weekend getaway, farm to table dinner celebrations, and other collaborative community events.

The Pavilion
Your Dream Reception Starts Here
The Pavilion - Receptions are typically held in our 40 x 90 pavilion that is equipped with all the trappings needed for the perfect night! The space is finished with a brushed cement floor, optional side walls for cooler nights or rainy days, HVAC equipped restrooms, electrical outlets throughout for a band or dj, and bistro lighting on dimmers strung throughout to keep the ambiance in tact.

Classic Charm, Endless Possibilities
Our historic main floor offers elegant spaces for cocktails, intimate receptions, or relaxed conversation. The tavern provides a charming, casual atmosphere perfect for wedding parties or guest relaxation. Both areas offer versatility and can be combined for a larger celebration.

The Courtyard
Located to the side of the Manor House, the bistro light strung patio is ideal for the start to cocktail hour or for a small dinner party. Enjoy the open air surrounded by the history of Seven Springs as you sip cocktails and enjoy the company of your guests.
The Back Lawn
Say "I Do" Surrounded by Nature
The Back Lawn - Large historic trees and a beautiful view of the Manor House make for the perfect setting to exchange your ‘I do’s’. With space for all of your guests under the canopy and an easy flow to the rest of the event spaces, the back lawn is the quintessential ceremony location.

A pristine and completely customizable space.
The carriage house can be used for rehearsal dinners, small ceremonies or receptions, or a lounge area. The barn style doors can be opened to expand your event to the outdoors or to add a tent for additional seating or dance space.

All rentals include a 1 hour rehearsal the day before your event and 12 hours on the day of the event. You have use of our 40x90 reception pavilion (with restrooms and optional siding and heaters), 200 ceremony chairs, 200 farmhouse crossback chairs for reception, assortment of tables, Firepit, wooden bars, lawn games, and a parking attendant and golf cart with a driver to make sure your guests arrive with ease.

Extend your celebration by having up to 20 of your closest friends or family stay the entire weekend at Seven Springs! You have exclusive access to the property for the duration of your stay which could include a rehearsal dinner or Sunday morning breakfast! Overnights include all bedrooms at Seven Springs located in the Manor House, Honeymoon Cottage, and Guest House. Full Weekend pricing is for Friday through Sunday events only. Pricing includes all 'Full Day Celebration' amenities.

Perfect Venue & Team
The perfect venue and team through and through! We spent our entire wedding weekend at Seven Springs, having our rehearsal dinner Friday evening in the Carriage House and staying on site throughout the weekend. It was an amazing location that had everything we wanted, and had plenty of space for our bridal party to stay on site as well. The venue goes above and beyond the stately driveway and Manor House – the outdoor ceremony site is immaculately maintained, the courtyard has the perfect blend of enchanting and cozy, and the pavilion provides a wonderful area for a reception. We received so many compliments on our wedding – and to us it was perfect! None of this would have been possible without Tracy and her team. Having Tracy as our day-of coordinator at Seven Springs was one of the best decisions of our entire wedding. She was immensely helpful in planning, providing multiple vendor recommendations and keeping track of decisions as they were made. Not only did she stay organized with layouts, timelines, and vendor communication – she provided a sense of relief for us and our family and friends. There was never a moment that Tracy wasn’t there to solve anything as it came up, and allowed our bridal party and family to enjoy our wedding more as guests than needing to help with anything. We are beyond grateful for all her hard work and the amazing team at Seven Springs! If you are searching for a venue that has an elevated farm-style atmosphere while still having cottage charm traits – this is the place. I cannot emphasize enough how brilliant our weekend was, and it will continue to hold a special place in our hearts!
