One of the most historic buildings in Baltimore; built in 1866, The Grand was first known as the Tremont Grand, and served as the headquarters for the Maryland Freemason for 130 years. In the late 1990’s the building underwent a massive restoration project before finally reopening in 2005. Completely restored to its original grandeur, The Grand is one of the most iconic event venues in Baltimore.

The manor was originally owned by Christian Hershey, of the chocolate family, who built the house in the 1700s. During the 18th century, it served as a tavern on the Conestoga wagon trade. In the mid-19th century it became an inn and hosted numerous travelers. Purchased by James Hale & Louise McClure Steinman in 1927, it was fully renovated and restored in 1930 by architect Frank J. Everts. Among the venue’s many visitors was the great-nephew of Edgar Allan Poe. Today, the estate abounds with natural beauty, where it boasts 3,300 varieties of annual flowers, 160 perennials, 160 rose bushes, and 400 tropical plants. Stoner Commons is located in the center of beautiful Lancaster County in Manheim Township at Overlook Park. Growing up on a small farmette only a few hundred yards away the owner of Stoners Barn and Grille to this day lives close by and remembers his childhood days of playing in the fields and riding horses through the meadows on the Historic Stoner Farm. Weddings at The Barn are created with care based on what each couple wants for their big day! Our packages are customized to fit many different styles, personalities, and budgets. This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Sitting atop twenty-three acres of picturesque Chester County countryside, the exquisite Main Line estate known as Hilltop House includes grand formal gardens, fountains, apple orchards, and sloping meadows. Built in 1894, this unique and elegant mansion in Devon, Pennsylvania, was home to several prominent Main Line families until it was renovated for public use in 2005. Generous rooms with multiple entryways provide easy traffic flow throughout the spacious wood-paneled interiors, verandas, and terraces. The venue can accommodate up to 135 guests and has ample convenient parking, just steps from the front entryway.

Historic Waverly Mansion is located in Marriottsville, Maryland. This 1760's era estate is a the perfect setting of an intimate garden wedding and reception! The Mansion and property is owned and operated by Howard County Government's Recreation and Parks Department and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Waverly Mansion is considered an outdoor venue. The property includes beautifully maintained gardens, the historic Mansion, and rustic barn. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals. Historic Waverly provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator. Historic Waverly Mansion is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply to all scheduled events and are different from privately owned venues.
