Drumore Mill is a different world. It is nestled in a corner of the most rustic township in Amish Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1752 as a sawmill and a grist mill. It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. The combination of rustic setting, natural beauties, and historical features makes Drumore Mill amazingly beautiful. One has to see it to believe it.

The twenty-five-acre property is easily accessible from main roads yet is secluded and surrounded by beautiful trees, farmland and a creek to offer our guests privacy. Situated on the property is a beautiful 1800’s Farmhouse, bank barn, granary, and other farm buildings. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. We only host 10 weddings a year, since we give you the whole 31 acres for an entire weekend, as well as provide 5-star overnight accommodations for 30 people. The air-conditioned farmhouse, built in 1855, is included and has separate spaces for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready. The barn is not climate controlled, but fans, open doors, and a breeze are utilized in summer months and portable heaters in cooler months. Rental of the venue is a flat fee and includes taxes, use of chairs, 5' round tables, 8' rectangular tables, cocktail tables, whiskey barrels, patio heaters, bars, refrigerators/freezers, and a bronze arch. Well Wishes Farm, endeavors to allow couples to create the custom wedding of their dreams in a non-hurried fashion. We provide the backdrop, and couples achieve their vision with vendors of their own choosing. New for the 2025 season are 2 handicapped-accessible bathrooms that are steps from the barn. Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

Located in the heart of Amish Country in historic Lancaster County, the mansion was built around 1845 by Captain William Fassitt as a place to host lavish parties and entertain guests. Which has the unique distinction of having been a stop for the underground railroad Today, guests still arrive to enjoy the tranquility of the rolling farmlands, or to take the short drive to outlet shopping, Longwood Gardens and the many Amish attractions of the region.
