The in-house team can also take care of the setup and cleanup and can provide you with all items that can support you in making your event a success. They also have an event planner on site to oversee everything. While every wedding is special in its own way, a Vasari wedding is unlike any other. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING - was perfect. Meghan is the most wonderful person to work with. She made everything so easy for us from day 1! She listened to our vision and made it come to life. She went way beyond “day of coordinator” duties. She constantly checked in to see how the rest of my planning was coming along and helped in every way imaginable. We had a sudden an unexpected death. My husbands mom passed away 3 weeks before our wedding. We weren’t sure if we could even go through with our plans and she did not push us to. She offered alternate dates and gave us the time we needed to make such a tough decision. We decided not to postpone after all and Meghan went above and beyond again in helping us honor my mother in law that day. It’s hard not to get emotional when I truly think about how much she meant us throughout this process and how different things would’ve been without her. I’m forever grateful to her. I can’t say enough nice things about this venue, everyone who works there and even the members. Everyone is genuinely kind. Everything is so clean and beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. We would get married here every single day if I could.

I had my wedding at the Vineyards Country Club and it was spectacular! Abby Vail and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and everything was perfect! The reception hall was decorated beautifully, the staff was so attentive, and the food was delicious! Before the event communication was excellent and Abby answered all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend booking here for any event!

The Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club was the PERFECT venue for our wedding. We had a lot of out of town guests who found the venue gorgeous and convenient. We loved that the bridal party could get ready at the venue, have first look photos, and our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one location. Guests enjoyed the indoor/outdoor event. My Dad worked as a bartender and his dad was a chef, so he is a tough critique when it comes to food and he LOVED everything!!! I highly recommend the short rib and sea bass. THE BRIDAL SUITE IS AMAZING and we had the best time getting ready with our catered breakfast and lunch. The indoor spaces and outdoor spaces ( i.e. THE TUNNEL and golf course) provided GORGEOUS locations for our photos and everything was convenient. Our guests LOVED the food and are consistently complimenting the service. Amy Stephenson SAVED THE DAY when she tied my now husband's bow tie!! Amy was a pleasure to work with and helped up create the wedding of our dreams. She recommended other fabulous vendors, as well. The champagne for guests while our ceremony started was a wonderful moment. I cannot THANK AMY AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT LWRGCC enough for our amazing wedding. 10/10 recommend LWRGCC as a wedding venue.

Additionally, the catering director provides experienced advice throughout the planning process, couples are provided a tastings to help them feel confident that the quality they receive is exceptional, and a full list of valued vendors help solidify the event will be a success. Facilities and Capacity This venue can accommodate up to 240 of your friends and relatives. Ceremonies typically happen in their Garden and are followed by receptions in their Ballroom, Reception Lobby and Veranda.

How do you pull off a wedding amid COVID and with a threatening hurricane? Lance Fletcher and Grandezza, that’s how. The facility accommodates 300 people, so plenty of room for social distancing among our 100+ guests. A little bit it adjusting for the cocktail hour to ensure we followed the COVID orders- and the day was a huge success! Biggest surprise? How much the guests loved the outdoor terrace just off of the ballroom. The food was amazing. The venue is drop dead gorgeous. Lance and Stephanie went out of their way to make certain the wedding was a success. My guests comments uniformly included the word “impeccable.” We considered other venues including Sanibel Harbour and Gulf Harbour - but I think I got more for the money and ultimately a more beautiful wedding reception at Grandezza. Thank you Grandezza for delivering the fairy tale for my daughter.
