Make you wedding day historic! Celebrate in the two-acre colonial garden in the heart of Downtown Annapolis. Our secret garden was once home to William Paca, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, Governor of Maryland and local lawyer. Hold your ceremony in front of our Summerhouse on the Bowling Green while your guests take in the view. The Paca House and Garden is located just blocks from the Maryland State House, The United States Naval Academy and Annapolis City Dock. Our tented terraces can accommodate seated events up to 120 guests or cocktail style up to 180 guests.

Your dedicated planning team will take care of all the heavy lifting when it comes to planning your wedding day. From floor plans to timelines, we have you covered. We want it to be your choice on how hands on (or off) you want to be. We understand that you have lives, jobs, friends, and the typical wedding takes about 500 hours to plan start to finish for a non-professional first timer! ​You will have access to your dedicated coordinator and planning team from booking to your farewells to ensure every detail you envisioned will be taken care of on your special day. Belmont Manor is a restored 1738 era historic site with extensive gardens and outbuildings, perfect for the quintessential garden wedding. We are considered an outdoor venue. Nestled on 68 acres of rolling green hills, this 18th Century property offers warm hospitality. Belmont Manor is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply that are different from privately owned venues. The Park provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator.

1840s Plaza is an elegant Baltimore event venue with several spaces available for events of any kind, including the Ballroom, City Lites and Cabaret. Located in the historic Jonestown neighborhood, 1840s is just steps away from the Inner Harbor, Restaurant Row at Harbor East, and Little Italy. 1840s Plaza is a hidden gem in the middle of a busy city with devoted staff ready to go above and beyond to ensure a flawless event from beginning to end. The iconic red cast iron façade was one of twelve that survived the great Baltimore fire in 1904 and was restored for the opening of the Baltimore City Life Museum. Above ALX Community is a premier rooftop venue in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, just two blocks off of charming King Street. The Patterson Mansion, once owned by socialite Eleanor Josephine Medill “Cissy” Patterson, has been the venue of choice for Washington’s elite for over a century. Its halls have hosted presidents and pioneers, from President Calvin Coolidge to aviator Charles Lindbergh. Located directly on DC’s iconic Dupont Circle and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Patterson Mansion is the premier venue for intimate to grand events.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, our meeting house was constructed in 1930 during the administration of the Quaker president, Herbert Hoover. It was built to serve as a house of worship and a gathering place for those wanting to “seek peace and pursue it.” The building was enlarged in 1950. In 1970, we acquired the red brick Quaker House, Carriage House and garden at 2121 Decatur Place NW. Built in the 1920s and also on the National Register, these buildings today house a number of nonprofit organizations and small businesses as well as additional event spaces. With multiple interior spaces and gardens, we can accommodate events of various sizes and layouts, from 2 to 300. We host individuals, non-profit organizations, and for-profit entities. Our event rental prices are affordable, with discounts offered to non-profit organizations in alignment with our values.
