The Chuckanut Bay Distillery is a vast and impressive building, featuring an industrial meets historic vibe. The 4,200 square foot Ballroom has capacity to accommodate up to 300 guests cocktail style, 240 reception only, and 160 for ceremony and reception. With an open floor plan that is bathed in natural light from a wall of windows, this enchanting space is reminiscent of ballrooms of a bygone era, with hints of our distinct Chuckanut Bay Distillery aesthetic. We built our building, The Centennial, to be a community gathering place. Housing our family of food and beverage businesses, Crabtree Kitchen + Bar, ChocMo & High Spirits, our diverse group of venues makes it the perfect place to host your special day, from baby and bridal showers to wedding rehearsals, holiday parties, and corporate events.
