Located in the foothills of the Cascades mountains above beautiful Skykomish Valley, our golf course was originally built in the 1900s as Blue Boy Ranch, a successful thoroughbred training facility. The ranch was converted into a golf course in 1992, and we have since grown to be one of the most popular courses in the area. The golf course is named after the pig in the movie “State Fair”.

Paul and Gwen bought a raw piece of farmland in 2003 with a vision to start a retail nursery just outside of Monroe Wa. Paul with his amazing vision, creativity, and hard work, started piecing together a beautiful work of art that became Pine Creek Farms and Nursery. A destination nursery that not only serves the Sky Valley but surrounding areas of Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland & Seattle... Naturally, the grounds became a beautiful place to hold special events, and after a handful of smaller events, Paul continued developing his idea of creating a venue that would provide an amazing garden setting for larger celebrations!

We provide a unique venue for your intimate wedding service aboard our vintage wood Flagship Cruiser. Our boat provides the perfect platform for your ceremony with a large open aft deck, allowing a panoramic view of the Seattle skyline. A wedding or vow renewal on our boat is performed by the captain of the vessel or you can choose a package with one of our alternative officiants. We offer a variety of services to cater to your beliefs and lifestyle. We can provide a mount for your cell phone to record or live stream your service, and our boat makes an amazing platform for photos. With our simple elopement you will receive 20 high resolution edited photographs taken by the captain. We will take advantage of the boat’s ability to be positioned for scenic photographs, and the bow can be utilized for capturing an intimate moment of the newlywed couple. If you would like additional pictures to remember your special day, upgraded photography packages are offered.

Washington Athletic Club is an elegant wedding venue located in Seattle, Washington that specializes in planning the details of your unique wedding. They offer everything you need for your wedding, including spa services, luxury rooms, fitness activities and equipment, and full-service venue planning down to your cake and catering. Tucked just off the Cascade Course amongst mosscovered towering pine trees is our majestic ceremony location, perfect for a naturally beautiful woodland wedding. The Wedding in the Woods ceremony space seats up to 200 guests.
